« Quiet, clean apartment with separate bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, close to the underground and several grocery stores. The bed was excellent, but the sofa and the 2 chairs were a bit worn out/flimsy. A toaster oven would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay in London. »

« Bien qu'excentré, l'hôtel est facile d'accès grâce à plusieurs lignes de métro et la qualité de la literie est excellente. Le gros point noir de cet hôtel est l'insonorisation, qui est inexistante. Vous vivez avec vos voisins : conversations, VMC, télé, hotte aspirante, bruits de pas, vaisselle, etc. Par ailleurs –comme cela est précisé dans l'annonce– il n'y a pas de réception, donc pas de surveillance. Cela ne pose pas de souci pour les check-in et out qui sont très bien organisés par...

« Great sized apartment for two people, could easily be three and still comfortable. Clean, in a nice area, and has plenty of things you may need if you’re staying a little longer. Only downside was one towel had some marks on it, but there was a few spare in the bathroom and bedroom so we still had enough to use. »

« Les appartements sont assez compliqués à trouver si vous n'avez pas les bonnes indications. Ils sont situés près de night shops et à 15 min à pied de grands magasins. L'appartement était très propre, cuisine bien équipée. La salle de bain manquait juste un miroir mais la baignoire était un gros +. Les chambres étaient super même si le canapé était plus confortable que les lits. »

« The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

« Nous sommes tres mecontents d'Abritel qui nous ont obligé de nous rendre à Londres devant un immeuble pour constater qu'il n'y avait ni location ni temise de clés. La plateforme d'acceuil incompétente, nous avons perdu 1 jour et nous sommes retrouves sans logement avec 2 enfants! »

« Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... »

« Very modern and new building. Facilities available are first class. Without a car, public transport was priority one snd being only a few minutes walk from a railway station sealed the deal. Also 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk was very helpful. Would stay there again »

« Nous avons passé un super séjours dans ce petit chalet adapté à notre famille de 2 ados et une enfant. Proche des commerces, des transports. Le propriétaire est super dispo... Merci encore pour la place de parking. Logement super propre, lits confortable, draps qui sentent bon.... Bref rien à dire je peux vous dire que je suis hyper maniaque et la j étais très à l aise.... « Property was in a great area and overall had a good stay. However, the only downside was bathroom had a very tiny sink. »

« This flat was perfect for our stay. The location is just about two blocks from the Earls Court tube station making it super easy to get in and out. The flat has a small entrance way with stairs up to the first floor. The two bedrooms and living area are small but fit our family of three well. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast before heading out for the day. »
