Great location, close to shopping, parks, and public transit, yet remote enough to feel "residential". Room was comfortable and staff were quite pleasant. The only things we'd note that were a bit less than amazing were: the bathroom, our sink drain was very slow and the bathtub was mounted very high (could be a problem for those with joint issues) and the lack of lounge space. We knew the hotel was a boutique space and were willing to give up the amenities (gym, spa, grand lobby, etc.) for a unique experience, which we did really appreciate, but the main floor is a very popular tea spot, so much so, that when we'd return in the evenings the room was very busy. Not only could we NOT hang out in the comfortable ground floor lobby/ living area, but coming in and going up to our room felt like we were intruding/ walking through a restaurant. That was a bit disheartening, but overall, this property was worth the money.
