However, I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay.The unusual noises and fire alarm disturbances must have been very unsettling, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding the limited swimming hours for children, we understand your disappointment and will review our policies to see if adjustments can be made.We're especially sorry to hear about your experience with the breakfast buffet. The quality of the food and the organization should meet high standards, and it sounds like we fell short. We'll address these concerns with our kitchen staff to ensure improvements are made. Additionally, we'll provide more training to our waitstaff to ensure clearer communication, regardless of language barriers.Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to making the necessary changes to improve. Dear Wai Kin,Thank you for taking your time to review our property we greatly appreciate it. Due to our location we are surrounded by some buildings meaning we have a small handful of rooms that may not have the most desirable view, for this we apologies. Due to high occupancy during your stay and our Signature Family Rooms being our most popular room category we were at maximum for the duration therefore were limited to move you to an alternative option. Regarding a knock on the door, i do apologies that this took place and of course is not the standard we set as a property, rest assured i have personally followed up with our housekeeping team for this. I am happy to see however that you did in fact depart at midday as planned in the end. We hope you will be willing to give us a second opportunity and welcome you in the near future.Be Well,
