Hôtel très bien situé, si l’entree et l’ascenceur ont été très joliment refaits,ce n’est pas le cas de la chambre donnant sur un mur,avec une literie épouvantable et surtout une salle de bains très laide ,pièce entièrement carrelée avec un mini lavabo au ras des toilettes et un trou pour la douche...

Hôtel bien placé proche de Knightsbridge et King's Road. Le métro est juste en bas également. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont propres et bien décorées, mais sont malheureusement très petites (même les exécutives) et très mal insonorisées en intérieur. On peut suivre les conversations des chambres voisines en en distinguant les mots...

Het was een gezellig hotel. Medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Hotel kamer was echt Engels. Bed was heel goed. Enige minpunt was de douche. Deze was zeer klein. Kon er nog net in. Verder lag het hotel centraal gelegen. Metro en bus aan de overkant. En Knightsbridge was ong 15 min lopen. Zeker een aanrader, dit hotel.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. WiFi can be pretty sketchy in parts of the hotel. Location can’t be beat.

Fantastic location with great bus and tube options to get you everywhere, and great dining options across a range of price points including the fabulous pre theatre menu at the Botanist right next door. Easy walking distance to Knightsbridge, and Hyde Park. Only down side in my room was the thumping bass from the downstairs nightclub on the weekend.

Great Hotel
The hotel location is one of the best in London, right in the middle of Chelsea and just a short walk away from the famous shopping areas of Sloane and Knightsbridge. The hotel staff was great and helped us to accommodate our 2 year old twins which were a last minute addition to our trip. Didn't have the chance to dine in the restaurant located in the hotel but the food smell and ambiance of the restaurant was very good. All in all it was a very nice hotel and would recommend it.

I hadn't stayed in this hotel before although I was familiar with the area. The hotel is well located close to public transport and amenities such as shops and restaurants. The staff on reception appear to be poorly trained and not very interested in the hotel's guests. My room was not serviced until late in the afternoon which is not great if you want to return for a nap or to shower and change. I understood from the very nice lady looking after my room that she is not rostered until the afternoon. My sleep was disturbed by mechanical noise from the heating/ventilation system
