Bien sans rien d’exceptionnel
Décalage entre les photos, la description et l’impression générale quand on arrive. Je m’attendais à un palace, ce n’en est pas un. Taches de calcaire sur les vitres, personnel peu aimable a l’exception de quelques personnes. Gros point positif néanmoins: la literie super confortable et les produits mis à disposition.

C’est un établissement très bien situé, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurant à proximité. Très bien desservie par une station de métro à 400m ! Hôtel très beau, le personnel est très sympa et polyglotte. Je recommande cet hôtel !

J’ai passé cinq nuitée à l’hôtel, les trois premières nuit la chambre était vraiment très très moyenne (ce n’est pas pas du tout ce que j’avais vu sur le site lors de ma réservation ) Heureusement qu’on a rectifié le coup pour le reste de mon séjour. Ps : je conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner lors de la réservation car le rapport qualité prix est correct

Bon en général
Très bon séjour mais il faisait un peu froid dans les chambres. Le minibar n'est pas nécessaire s'il n'y a qu'une bouteille d'eau à l'intérieur. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a un tres bon rapport qualité prix et une tres belle vue des chambres.

Très déçu par cet établissement qui semblait supérieur à beaucoup d'autres : - 1°jour : 2 chambres réservées ... une seule disponible dans le logiciel de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu obtenir la 2°chambre à 18h00 (nous étions à la réception à 14h00) alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet ... - 2°jour : Retour à l'hôtel à 16h30 pour une petite pause. Chambre non faite et non nettoyée ... Ensuite, nuit chaotique car musique jusqu'à 01h00 du matin ... impossible de dormir. A cela s'ajoute une TV qui ne fonctionne pas, ... Idem pour le réfrigérateur que j'ai du moi-même mettre en marche pour avoir de l'eau fraiche. Par contre le personnel est très sympa ! Je déconseille quand même !

The staff were amazing - from check in to the conceirge to the door men all were exceptional. We loved the piano bar and the restaurant staff and food was top notch! The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even advised us that the rooms would be refurbished soon, nonetheless they were spacious and really comfortable!

A few things were annoying-shampoo & conditioner bottles were impossible to open on 2 mornings. I finally succeeded by immersing them in a cup of boiling water! And paying £4 for a bowl of porridge with blueberries is impossible to understand when the other cereals are included in the breakfast menu!

My stay at the Royal Palace Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. Situated in a prime and unique location, the hotel boasts not only stunning views but also impeccable service that truly sets it apart. From the moment we arrived, the kindness of the staff and the level of service they provided were exceptional. Despite our flight arriving earlier, the reception staff graciously held our luggage while we ventured out to grab a bite to eat. Upon our return, although our room wasn't ready, they promptly upgraded us to a larger suite overlooking Hyde Park at no extra cost. This gesture, especially considering how exhausted and jet-lagged we were, was incredibly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The suite itself was a masterpiece, recently renovated and exuding elegance at every corner. But the real highlight was undoubtedly the view – waking up each day to the picturesque scenery of Hyde Park was simply magical. Every morning, we indulged in breakfast at Origin, where food was varied and delicious, and service was phenomenal. I must give a special mention to Marina, whose exceptional attention to my family at the table made our mornings even brighter. However, it's important to note that every staff member we encountered was equally kind and warm, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Needless to say, the Royal Palace Hotel has secured its place at the top of my list for future London adventures. I wholeheartedly recommend it to travelers.

ATTENDED A FUNCTION FOR THE UKCOA IN THE EVENING - FOOD WAS LUKE WARM - YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS & GRAVY WERE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE MAIN COURSE WAS SERVED SO WERE COLD WHICH SPOILT THE MEAL.

This property was nice. It was in a nice area as well and very walkable to the underground. We had a problem with our air conditioning in the room and they were quick to get someone to look at it. They bathrooms were nice and the room was very clean.

Very helpful staff. Some little things: Shower stall was too small and door didn’t close effectively TV remote didn’t work. Had it changed and still didn’t work. Eventually got it right. Decor on the common areas was ok, but I freely it could have been better.
