Proche de la gare d’autobus et de train victoria, l’accès aux aéroports en est facilité. L’hôtel est agréablement situé au bord de la tamise et juste en face d’un grand parc. Le personnel de l’hôtel est agréable et avenant, le petit déjeuner est très bien ! Notre séjour à Londres a été facilité par l’accueil à cet hôtel. Merci aux personnels!

Hotel sympathique mais déjà vieillissant...
Bel hotel plutot bien placé orès de l'ancienne centrale electrique transformée en centre commercial, nombreux restaurants, lieu en bord de Thamise très agréable par beau temps. L'hotel est globalement propre même s'il serait possible de faire en entretenant un peu les lieux qui semblent dejà vieillissants... Petit déjeuner varié et au top!

Accueil très chaleureux, lieu propre et lumineux. Le SPA est vraiment un plus, il n'est pas très grand, mais amplement suffisant pour un bon moment de repos. La localité n'est certes pas proche d'une embouchure de métro, mais elle est très bien desservie par les bus. En quelques minutes on est au coeur de Londres! Une précision concernant la chambre double "lits jumeaux" -> les lits ne sont pas séparés, mais appondus.

Pour la chambre rien à redire c’était très bien . Mais l’accueil très décevant , qu’il ne parle pas français c’est une chose mais du coup il n’ont fait aucun effort . Pas d’explication pour la piscine et la salle de sport de l’hôtel et pour partir juste un ok pas de remerciement ni au revoir ..... je ni retournerais pas !

I recently stayed at the Pestana Hotel in London and was disappointed by the outdated facilities and lack of cleanliness. The hotel corridors had unattended food trays throughout my visit, and the spa’s old, smelly towels along with a poorly maintained pool were a letdown. Additionally, witnessing staff arguments and experiencing indifferent service did not help. Although the room featured a modern TV and the bed was comfortable, these small positives were overshadowed by the overall negatives. I’d advise looking at other options in London.
