The hotel is enormous and you sort of feel like a number unfortunatly… Even though many employees are very nice, we were disappointed more than once. When we arrived for Check-in, only half an hour before the official Check-in Time, there was no room for us and worse nobody could tell us when it would be ready… the hotel has more than 1000 rooms… When we actually got a room, the sofa bed where two of us were sleeping (we are a family of 4) was not made into a bed and we had to ask for it to be done. We had to ask for everything actually… Nobody comes in the room (to change the towels and make the beds) unless you ask… And when we asked for fresh towels, they gave us hand towels. Asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper… they gave us one…
The pool was nice though! And the fact that you have to reserve a time slot to go swimming is actually a good idea since it is on the small side.
We are used to travelling to 4-star hotels but this one was definitly below our standards. Furthermore, when we left after a week, the car we had reserved through the hotel chauffeur service never showed…
