Bien dans l’ensemble mais piscine pas très chaude c’est dommage. Il manquais la télécommande de notre télé à l’arrivée et on attendu 30min avant que le problème soit réglé.

Nous sommes arrivés le matin nous disait que nous avons pas de chambre réservée nous a fait perdre la matinée pour retrouver nos réservations nous disent d’arriver à 15h arriver à 17h les chambres toujours pas prête jusqu’à 18 heures a perdu une journée de visite complète pour l’hôtel erreur nous sommes retrouvés à deux dans la même chambre suite à une erreur de leur part

Room 724 had issues with lights and TV going off randomly. The flush buttons on the toilet need to be fixed - 1/2 of the button popped out during use. The hand-held shower head in the shower, leaked water around the connection from the hose to the head.

I arrived to check in and was told I was VIP of the day - such an amazing surprise after a long journey from NY! The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and have told friends and family about the amazing experience! Thank you!!

Very nice hotel. It was a holiday weekend so there seemed to be extra amount of children in the lobby so seating was not available. Would stay there again.

Our room along with our 3 neighbors had 15-20 items each stolen by housekeeping including all our toiletries (including used toothbrushes, saline and chapstick) The hotel provided us empty promises and refused to compensate us for our losses. Then simply sent an email saying “in light of what happened we hope you will consider staying here again”

We had probably booked the cheapest room in this smart, corporate hotel but it was still extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had a view of the river. Took me a little while (being a Boomer) to work out all the fancy panels controlling lights etc but I did quickly enough and everything worked well. My only minuscule issue might be that while the bedside table on my side was a sturdy thing, the table on husband's side wobbled.

Hotel locations is very good! Staff at the front desk is very nice! Our room was very nice but not cleaned even once, we called the front desk to let them know and all what we got was some fresh towels! No one came to the room to empty the trash cans or refresh the room, bring some coffee or toiletries, we were there for 7 nights!

Room was dirty, they only cleaned two of the five nights we were there. They had to replace our mini fridge on the first night because it was broken, the AC wasn’t strong do they advised us to keep our curtains closed-when we paid for a view of the Thames-and the foldout sofa would collapse on the end if you sat there. Not the quality expected for the price paid
