Très bel hôtel mais des détails à revoir
Bel hôtel avec un accueil au top et de très belles chambres. Malheureusement, le tea time n'est pas au top, le personnel de la piscine peu accueillant pour ne pas dire pas du tout, et le lobby n'offre quasiment pas de.possibilité pour s'asseoir. Dommage

Excellent séjour ! Chambre propre et toujours bien rangée. Personnel aux petits soins !! Piscine splendide. Hôtel proche de restaurants et du métro. Personnel toujours accueillant, souriant !! Merci encore pour ce séjour !!! Par contre seul bémol, les fenêtres de la chambre sont immenses et ne s ouvrent pas! Pas l’habitude d ´avoir une chambre d’hôtel sans ouverture.

The Pan Pacific was an elegant hotel in a great location with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and very professional. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The infinity pool and Wellness suite were excellent. Having stayed at many other 5* hotels in London, the Pan Pacific was right up there with the best, and superior to many. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be our go to hotel in London in the future

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the City of London very close to great transport links. Downside is they were not aware of the VIP perks that I was supposed to receive and also did not deliver the pre paid Birthday treats that I had arranged directly with them to the room prior to our arrival as planned. I would stay again, but they need to improve their customer service in this case.

Overall, very impressed with the hotel. Clean and well presented room. Friendly professional staff, nice facilities, fantastic spa treatment. A couple of bits to enhance, I needed to request the VIP perk bottle of wine and it was delivered too late to enjoy. Breakfast was good but a little disorganised in ordering eggs and chamomile tea was served instead of peppermint. Nothing too bad, just a couple of little things.

Outstanding hotel in a great location. Extremely close to Liverpool lime street. Staff were all so lovely and attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean and has everything you could need. The room was spacious, decorated beautifully with a brilliant bathroom area. Will definitely be returning.

Brand new, clean, spacious and modern hotel with traditional touches. Staff is extremely friendly. Bars are great. Close to the train station and very nice atmosphere around the hotel - Plenty of places to dine and do shopping.

Wonderful for families
The hotel and staff are wonderful and are extremely welcoming to families. I love that there are family pool hours so it doesn't feel like you're being disruptive to other guests. The location is very central with the tube right across the street, so you can get to just about any part of london fairly quickly and it's also a direct journey from the airport on the Elizabeth line. We've stayed here 3x now and will continue to do so going forward!
