José à la réception vraiment très très efficace et sympathique 2 chambres supérieures au même prix dont une trop petite Améliorations indispensables: machine à café devrait être disponible sans avoir à le demander et 1h00 d’attente entre chaque plat au restaurant: incompatibles avec les tarifs pratiqués

Très bel hôtel. Chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de bains. Une suggestion peut être: une machine à café / une bouilloire seraient les bienvenues dans la chambre.

Très bien situé à proximité de Covent Garden et du quartier des théâtres, cet hôtel offre un accueil exceptionnel grâce à son personnel très attentionné et sympathique. Le tout dans un cadre de grande qualité avec une décoration que nous avons aimée. Notre chambre Deluxe offrait un très beau volume avec hall, coin salon dans la chambre et une salle de bain magnifique. Vue sur southampton row mais aucun désagrément. Eclairage très réussi! Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et vaut son prix. Chaque plat est préparé à la commande. Petite terrasse fumoir à l'arrière. Personnel toujours disponible. Une petite structure luxueuse et personnelle qui change des établissements paquebots habituels sur Londres avec 200 chambres. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Il manque seulement un nécessaire à café dans la chambre mais cela est possible sur demande.

Magnifique expérience dans un hôtel boutique où le raffinement est poussé à la perfection tout étant relax et friendly ... la décoration de Garcia après 6 ans de restauration est pour beaucoup ... mais les staff est sans doute ce qui donne tout son charme à cet hôtel ...

It is a great place to stay in London. The location is perfect to visit all popular place in London within her rail and tube system. Almost walking distance to old city of London. We even walked to Tower of London along a walkway by the Thames. Will stay again.

Fabulous stay in a fabulous hotel! Thank you for making my birthday & our wedding anniversary so special! Our room was fantastic (Bell Tower room), as were the thoughtful touches of fruit, beautiful celebration cake and divine chocolate Easter bunny! Oh & the champagne of course!! Special mention goes to Yavor, who couldn’t do enough for us....he was so attentive, nothing was too much trouble and he ensured we went away happy & satisfied, he could not have done more! The staff throughout the whole hotel were also just wonderful. Thank you for an enchanting stay!!

The property is beautifully presented and the rooms are well appointed and spotless. Bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was a great size. This hotel is located close Holborn station which was very convenient for getting around London, and it is within a walk to convent garden.

Terrific - Service was Outstanding
Really incredible service, had to book last minute after change of plans and rate was more than reasonable for the service we got both from front and back of house. Food at restaurant was really terrific, too. Perfect location walking distance to Mayfair and convent garden. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London.

I can't say enough about this lovely hotel. It's a beautiful, charming hotel in a great location. There are many restaurants all around, pharmacy and bank across the street and the underground tube is steps away. The restaurant was very nice, we ate breakfast there twice and dinner once. We enjoyed it every time and service was wonderful. Our room was spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Our bathroom was amazing with a large tub and separate showers. Bath products were divine. Bath towels were extra large, soft and kept on a towel warmer ( very nice added touch). Service was impeccable. We felt very welcomed. All of the staff were kind, helpful and willing to assist in every way possible. Special thanks to the concierge Chris who was able to arrange afternoon tea for us. We had some difficulty in booking a tea. Chris was able to get us in for the Mad Hatters Tea at the Sanderson. It was amazing and our grandchildren loved it. Very, special gratitude to Justin in reception. Our flight coming in was delayed several times and eventually canceled. I was in contact frequently with Justin updating him on our arrival. He couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. We ended up getting to London a day late. Justin was very helpful assisting us in amending our reservation to not be billed for the day missed. We were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday and special treats were left in the room. A small cake for her, some sweets, fruit. Extraordinary hotel.

We arrived and Ali accepted us, he was very nice and took us to our room and explained everything. The room was cleaned 2 times a day! The shower was really good! I loved this hotel and I will recommend it to our friends

Upon walking in I was immediately greeted in a very warm and accommodating manner. The entire establishment was utterly gorgeous, extravagant but not ostentatious. I will absolutely be coming back for my next stay in London.
