Décevant, personnel désagréable à la réception, qui parait blasé, pas souriant, à peine bonjour, pas de formule de politesse comme bienvenue, bonne journée. Personne ne parle le français alors qu’il y en avait plein dans l’hôtel. Aucun effort pour les clients français. Personnel agréable au petit déjeuner. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre correct mais un peu petite pour une chambre familiale.

Nous avons été déçus par la qualité de cet hôtel. Les chambres familiales ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. La literie est bonne certes mais une rénovation de la salle de bain est nécessaire. A notre arrivée : fuite au niveau du robinet du lavabo, bonde du lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas, mitigeur de la baignoire qui ne fonctionne plus donc eau bouillante, manque des morceaux de joints autour de la baignoire, rouille sur les porte serviettes... Et la propreté était approximative. Ils ont fait intervenir quelqu'un le lendemain pour réparer ainsi que plus de ménage après les réparations mais clairement il faut rénover. On nous a proposé de changer de chambre mais en précisant que toutes les chambres familiales étaient pareilles donc on est resté dans cette chambre. On a aussi constaté des problèmes de ménage dans les parties communes. Énormes traces sur les portes des ascenseurs, moquette tachée, tâches sur les chaises du petit déjeuner et sur les canapés du bar... L'hôtel reste bien situé mais nous restons sur une déception.

Hier wird sehr geguckt ob man ein dickes Portomonai dabei hat. Und so wird man dann in der Rooftopbar auch sortiert. Schade! Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer müsdten mal ein paar Fugen erneuert werden, aber auch hier war es sehr sauber

Nice hotel in a good location very close to St Paul’s. The hotel was clean & comfortable the reason I only gave 4 stars really was because at least 2 lifts were out of order and the wait for lifts were long and when they did arrive were full so you couldn’t get in!

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht in Ordnung. Vorteile waren gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute und ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Der einzige Nachteil war die lange Wartezeit auf den Aufzug jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück.

Leonardo Royal will charge you for services you did not receive, say that they will remove the fees when you check out, say they will email you your receipt and not to worry and then actually added extra charges And not email a receipt. AND there is no way to every reach anyone at Leonardo Royal to rectify. They just give you a super generic email and never respond. Worst customer experience ever.

I visited London in May 2024, and although the weather was as londinese as possible, the holiday left us a wonderful memories. In all, this trip was a success because the hotel has a wonderful position in London city from which is easy to move around. Our fortune was also the receptionist (Francesco) that, as an italian, spoke with us italian for the joy of my husband that doesn’t understand English at all, and so we had every thing explained in detail. 10 out of ten for us. Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Hotel was nice, 4 star was pushing it a bit. Spa and pool was accessed through the bar and restaurant, a bit strange in your robes! Plus pool was full of kids, running in and out of the Sauna. It was supposed to shut at 21:00, at 20:30 on the dot, the staff simply switched the lights off and opened the doors of the sauna and steam room without saying a word. Room service was poor - late, wrong order, card machine not working and no cutlery, they got it right on the fourth time. Food was good. There was no 'do not not disturb' sign for the door, realised before going to bed. Cleaner knocked and opened the door at 10:00 on the morning of checkout at 11:00. Bed was super comfortable and room was very quiet.

The property itself was great so we had a good stay but the member of staff who checked us in, nick, was unhelpful at best but was actually very rude, disinterested and totally unwilling to help. This did not start our stay off well. The rest was fantastic!
