Lieu: Très bien placé ! Le métro de Waterloo (jubilee line) est vraiment à côté ainsi que beaucoup de bus. 20 min de marches de toutes les attractions (big ben, westminster, buckingam palace, London Eye) Service: L’équipe est très sympa, polie, serviable. Lorsque nous y étions, ils ont mis un geste éco-responsable, si nous n’utilisions pas le Service de nettoyage pendant une journée, un voucher de 5 pounds pour l’achat de snacks étaient offerts. Très bonne idée qui a ravi mon fils. Chambre: un peu petite mais nous avions une vue imprenable sur The Shard.

Très bien situé pour rejoindre à pied les salles de spectacle de Covent Garden ainsi que la gare de Waterloo. Excellente insonorisation donc hôtel très calme. Petit déjeuner ok en général (pour la partie petit déjeuner continental). Le point faible, c’est le petit déjeuner anglais : insipide !

Hotel bien situé proche du metro, le centre de Londres se trouve de l'autre coté de la tamise à environ 25 mn de marche de l'hotel, proche de restaurants et bars Chambre correcte, salles de bains neuves, aucune vue la notre 210 donnait sur un parking et des échafaudages, le gros bémol impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres donc climatisation ou rien

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé. A 2 min à pied de Waterloo Station et plusieurs bus en direction du centre au pied de l hôtel. Les chambres sont conforts, la literie excellente et la chambre très propre. Quant aux personnels ils sont exceptionnels. Ils sont d une gentillesse et prêts à satisfaire le client avec un énorme sourire. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien garni. Merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel digne d un 5 étoiles.

Petit déjeuner toujours identique (pas de fruit banane) Ménage à "réclamer" 2 jours de suite afin que la femme de ménage passe. Ménage pas fait à fond, aspirateur non passé pendant 1 semaine. Sinon environnement calme et tranquille. Moyens de transport presque au pied de l'hôtel. Il est indiqué que le personnel parle plusieurs langues, en tout cas aucun ne parle le français. Heureusement que je parle un peu anglais.

I am very sorry to read that the room was not serviced after requesting it and I have shared the feedback with the housekeeping head department to make sure that further training is carried within the team and that it doesn't happen again. In regards to the languages spoken within the team, we do have 2 staff members that speaks French in the reception team. Unfortunately, after checking the schedules of the team, there was only one of them working in the morning for a couple of days during your stay. The hotel is two blocks from a train station, and a short walk to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben. The room was clean and good sized for London. The free breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Every staff member I met with was very friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was cold both mornings despite being under so called heaters. Only scrambled eggs available and no tomatoes. Great choice if you preferred something other than 'Full English'

Basically alright, but in terms of cleanliness of the room, this hotel doesn’t deserve a good reputation. There was a used contact lens on the duvet and the glass wasn’t clean at all. Other than that, it was a fair stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the Waterloo station, so getting everywhere was very easy. The hotel itself was nice. Room was very small which was a little uncomfortable for two adults & child, but served its purpose. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked. We did have the fire alarm go off three times while there - all false alarms. The staff handled them efficiently, but guests were not pleased it happened so often in a short period of time.

The hotel was good for the most part. There was a small incident that caused me to downgrade my review. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm. The staff was running down the halls saying it wasn’t a drill. We had to gather our shoes and go outside. About the time we got to the stairs, they said it was a false alarm. No sooner than we got back in the bed, the alarm was triggered again. We weren’t offered any compensation or goodwill because of the incident.

Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were no issues with that, and the new room we were given had brilliant views of the Shard. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
