What I liked:
The location of the hotel was fantastic—right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Justin at the concierge desk was especially helpful and went out of his way to give us great recommendations and information about the area, which really enhanced our stay.
What was unique:
Despite the drawbacks, I did appreciate the overall charm of the hotel’s proximity to major attractions. It's perfect for those who want to be in the center of everything and don’t mind a bit of hustle and bustle.
What I didn't like:
Unfortunately, there were a few things that affected our experience. The reception staff could have been more welcoming and friendly—they didn’t seem very eager to assist. Our room was on the front of the hotel, which meant we had to deal with a lot of traffic noise, making it hard to sleep. The air conditioning in the room was also quite noisy, which didn’t help the situation. The room itself was dated, with a small, tired-looking bathroom. It felt like the room needed some refreshing. While housekeeping did an okay job, the room had a musty smell which was unpleasant.
