Partying is NOT ALLOWED. It's a quiet family house.

The entrance area of the building is shared with the other 2 flats upstairs (it's a very quiet hallway area) so we only accept people who are respectful, and planning no events!

This is a perfect place to relax after a long day :)

We created it in a way that it’s a ‘home away from home’ :)

Positioned in travel zone 2, with easy access to several transport options, this apartment is an ideal choice for both travellers and business guests looking for a blend of luxury and convenience in London’s vibrant heart. Monthly stays are welcomed!

SPACE
Luxurious furnishing, spacious 2-bed gorgeous sunny flat with a large garden with garden furniture and BBQ for entertaining. It provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood super close to Dalston and Hackney.

The flat is located inside a classic London townhouse. It's a generous-sized flat with high ceilings and with lot of daily sun. There are other two flats in the house above us, super nice families. And one flat under us. We are on the first floor/level - it's 10 steps to get into the front door. The front door is shared with the other 2 flats that are above us.

ROOMS
The large master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed and large wardrobe. Each side of the bed has USB plugs. The room has a beautiful bay window with seating (very dreamy).

The second room is a bit smaller but designed smartly. It has a queen-size bed /murphy wall fold-down bed. There are blackout blinds. Both bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night's sleep.

LIVING ROOM
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 70’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (also possibly to be used as the 3rd bed). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. The living room offers books and table games for your free time.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is leading from the living room. It's a smaller but decent-sized kitchen with modern amenities. It's equipped with gas and induction stoves, a dishwasher, and a handy washer-dryer combo.
The kitchen allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with oil, balsamic, coffee, tea, toaster, kettle, French press, Nespresso De'Longhi coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave & more.

BATHROOM
A very stylish bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and a large bathtub. There is a 'waterfall' shower head above the bathtub.

GARDEN
And of course, let us not forget to mention our sun-soaked garden This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. Comes with garden furniture and a BBQ for entertaining.

BABY COT
We have a foldable cot with a mattress (100*74*74cm 4 sides mesh, suitable from birth to 36 months). Please request and we get it ready for you.

PARKING
Parking is available for as little as £8 per day. Free parking on the weekends and between 8:30 pm 8and am on weekdays. Please request before.

Great location close to London's favourite areas, city centre and airports. Delightful home with everything you need at your fingertips.

Lovely residential neighbourhood in a very safe part of East London. Lots of wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Dalston is a trendy part of London, neighbouring trendy Stoke Newington and Hackney.

We are close to London Fields and Broadway Market, Shoreditch and Islington. Colombia rd flower market is close by too.

If you love culture, there is an outstanding choice of theatres, arts cinemas, jazz venues, independent designers and book shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. There are a huge number of art galleries and museums, and we have lots of local info to help you find your way off the beaten track.

The house is one minute away from famous Ridley road market, with it’s incredible African and West Indian fabrics and food. Every weekend you can visit Broadway Market with stylish shops and fantastic array of international food. Columbia Road is world renowned for it's Sunday flower-market and wonderful places to get a twist on the traditional Sunday lunch.

Dalston has a thriving community and has some of the best and inexpensive, International and British food in London.
At night you will be spoilt for choice with places to go; an art deco Cinema, the Arcola theatre and the Vortex Jazz bar.

If you’re looking to experience another side of London – the side of London the tourists never see – then it might be time to check out Dalston. It boasts one of London’s most vibrant cultural scenes, with interesting films, gigs and plays taking place most nights of the week.

There is a great choice of local transport to all areas of London.
We are 5 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland overground, 7 mins from Dalston Junction overground and 10 min from Hackney Downs overground. There are also countless buses to take you to various areas of central London in 25 minutes.

There are numerous bus services in to Shoreditch and central London.
There are also Santander Bike Stations surrounding the property if you feel like a cycle around the city. Check out the TFL Santander Cycles website for locations and information.

**We are happy to provide airport pick up and drop off for an additional price.

**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.

**No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)

**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.

**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.

**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times.

**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.

**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.

**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.

**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.

**Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid stay cleaning)
