Dear Fabien,Thank you for your time in writting this feedback.We sincerely apologise for any inconvienece caused to your stay.The rooms are of standard size but we do have larger rooms available in the Hotel if you ever consider.I hope that we get a chance to make things right for your next stay, please kindly consider booking a Garden room as this will face the back of the Hotel and is less noisey.Regarding the deposit, it depends on the bank on how many days it takes to release back the funds to the Card.If you like we can take payment directly on Arrival if instructed by you, so no deposit will then be pending after Check out.I shall also addd to yoour profile that a quite room is best for any new Reservations going forward.We hope to have you stay again with us at the Bedford Hotel.Kind regards,VijayAssistant Front Office Manager.

I apologise for the low water pressure in the bathroom and the dust in the ventilation system. I'll make certain that the appropriate departments are notified.
In terms of the adaptor policy, we recently evaluated our system for managing adaptors in order to better fulfil the demands of our guests.
