Allow too many of the public to come and take pictures at the pool when hotel guests are trying to make use of it. Feels more like a free for all rather than a luxury experience considering the price for a night. Won’t allow drinks or food to be ordered or eaten poolside. The over all place is beautiful but they need to do some tweaking and could have a pretty space and exclusive venue.

The rooftop infinity pool and bar are a real bonus at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. Location amazing. Breakfast included was very good and plentiful.

Excellent one night stay and they made my daughter’s birthday really special by offering a complimentary upgrade and couple small touches like a hand written birthday wishes. Shout to the reception guys Mohammad and another guy who organised. Rooftop pool heated and my daughter enjoyed a swim in February and room’s clean and modern with cool design. Breakfast was good and again good table service. If you need to be in this area it’s a a no brainer, book the hotel and pay for the upgrade to suite if you can

Overall enjoyable stay in Battersea
A pleasant one-night stay at this hotel, booked last minute (night before) so it was pricey however we were upgraded to an Art Plus room. Kelvin assisted with our check in - he was very friendly, as were the doormen and Jasion at check out (sorry if I got the spelling wrong). We primarily picked this hotel as it was in close proximation Lister hospital as I was having a procedure, but also they are a dog friendly establishment. The hotel itself is clean and I really liked the art vibe and proximity to Battersea Power Station with shopping and food nearby makes it a great choice if you need to be in the area. The hotel also has quite a few amenities including a rooftop pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Our room was spacious and clean with Kevin Murphy (Australian brand) toiletries. The bedding was comfortable and the area is quiet so ideally for a good night sleep. A couple of minor points for improvement: - We booked our room through hotels.com and on there it stated pets stay free (dogs and cats) however upon check in we were charged £20 which was meant to cover pet amenities like dog bed, bowls, treats and a small donation to Battersea Dogs & Cats shelter, however our room didn't have any of those amenities. At check out I raised this and luckily there was no fuss in refunding it because of the misleading advertising and also for not providing anything for our dog. - The lifts were quite difficult to operate and also in the morning of our departure one was working

I was asked at check in to pay the 'remainder of my balance' even though I had paid in full. I told the man at the desk I shouldn't owe anything and he asked me to show him my bank statement. I found this very strange, would you not just ask for the receipt? Small room, decent bathroom, student style set up in the bedroom - expected more for the price. Definitely clean though. Tozi Grand Cafe (one of the restaurants in the hotel) was terrible, waited so long to be seated despite having booked a table, then waited ages to be served. In the end we got fed up and ended up leaving. Similar experience at breakfast. Overall everything about this experience was quite disappointing. Attitude of the staff in general seems far too lax. Would not really recommed.

Definitely returning!!
As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted with this lovely aroma! The smell was amazing. The staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough for you. I wish i had gotten the name of the man who checked me in, he was so nice and welcoming. I mentioned it was my birthday getaway and went for lunch, i returned with a lovely surprise! Some cake and a bottle of wine. Sauna was lovely and hot, the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof was a lovely touch. Though it was quite cold in the swimming pool but i can imagine its get in the summer time. Cant say a bad thing about my stay, i will he booking again in the near future. Thank you!

A geeat stay
Fantastic location coupled with great service. We were adked if we were celebrating an occassion and it was my fiance's birthday. Kelvin our helpful receptio ist wished her a happy birthday. Later that day we found a handwritten card and a bittle of bubbles in the room. A lovely apprwciqted touch.

Very clean and good environment . Swimming pool and jacuzzi was amazing with a fantastic view, we finish with a delicious breakfast but it’s disappointing the breakfast is not a buffet style . Overall we enjoyed the night.

Great location. Pleasant unremarkable stay
Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are great for the views of the PowerStation and London skyline. Sky-View rooms are not worth the extra money as you mainly have a view of the train tracks! Sauna and gym were good. Steam room smelled bad and wasn’t working. Decent hotel, but nothing remarkable. Hotel bar closed by 9pm.

the app for check in didnt work (apparently this is a known common problem) . it was possible to check in at the desk. Coffee machine didnt work properly but was fixed when asked. Room comfortable. linens lovely. Shower a bit spartan and water pressure not great
