The accommodation, located on the third floor of a building without elevator in Loano, opens onto a large living room with access to the balcony, furnished with a wall unit, double sofa bed, TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, access to the terrace and a large closet.
Finally, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer completes the layout of the apartment.

Amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning, and heating will be at the guest's disposal.
