Auberges à Llangollen

« Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

« endroit charmant, isole dans une campagne magnifique. L'hotel a du charme mais le confort n'est pas top. Pas de place prévue pour les valises dans la chambre peu spacieuse, pas d'endroit confortable pour s'asseoir ,juste quelques chaises devant la réception . Restaurant, nourriture pas raffinée mais prix assez chers. Petit déjeuner correct. Extérieur joliment fleuri. »

« Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal. »

« A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area. »

« Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place »

« I needed a place in Chester that had free parking and a bed to sleep in The George and Dragon Place fitted the bill. The bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. As it was a wet weekend in Chester the radiator produced enough heat to dry my trousers before going out for dinner. However, remember to turn it off before going out as it was like a sauna on my return. The hotel fitted my requirements but without food it may not be for you. »
