Loved our stay here, the place is new (Jan 2023) the people are lovely and give great service. Lots of kid friendly activities they help with getting taxis to turn out the falls. The staff are new but eager, spa was fabulous, pool is great The missing star is for the food, there is LOTS of it but the quality not great, the baked goods were heavy and the western food subpar, the Zambian food was good so stick to that. Room service was dismal slow and tasted off. Loved our stay, so would definitely come back just hope the menu changes 😁

Loved the accommodations, and grounds, the mini golf course - absolutely stunning. People were very friendly. Service was not only slow but poor. Put in multiple requests at the restaurant with multiple servers and never got our food. Requested a golf cart to take us from our room to reception to check out and ended up walking because no one showed and we would have missed our ride to the airport. On the way to reception we saw a golf cart picking up people half the distance to reception with no bags, but no one offered to help, and when we arrived at reception, there were multiple golf carts and staff just standing around….. very frustrating.

This is an exquisitely designed resort in a national wildlife park. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of areas for sitting and relaxing. There is a resort boat for sunset cruising the Zambezi River in the evenings. Dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent. There was something for everyone. The staff were warm, very friendly and welcoming. Genevieve in particular was very thoughtful, ensuring that I had fresh made ginger tea to help me get over a cold so that I could continue to enjoy my holiday. That tea was so good that it became my daily go to during the duration of my stay. I will definitely be returning to Radisson Blu Mosi Oa Tunya in the future.

While the resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful they way the MANAGEMENT STAFF works is absolutely unprofessional. I paid my stay through Expedia and when I got there they asked for my credit card, which is standard, and they charged me twice. It’s been almost 7 weeks and I have got little response from the management. I have yet to receive what I was charged for additionally, and have to wait two weeks for anyone to reply. If you decided to stay there, please make sure you check that they don’t double charge you because it’s likely you won’t receive your money back from such an unprofessional and non responsive MANAGEMENT STAFF. I would never stay here again solely because of how they have treated me in this situation.

A really great place by the Zambezi
The grounds and accommodation were fantastic - Modern, clean and a comfortable bed/suite. Staff were very friendly and helpful Only downsides that took the edge off giving it the best rating were the air con didn't seem very powerful(thick blankets too for such a hot country!) - the side sockets by the bed weren't working and I had to unplug the kettle other side of the room. Also, in the restaurant I had a steak which was a bit chewy(cooked medium) and had gristle- I didn't want to make a fuss as the service was so good it felt it would be a shame but having visited from South Africa, maybe I was spoilt there

Out of this world hotel
This was an absolute fabulous hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria Falls. I had stayed in one of the worst hotels of my life the night I arrived and it was likely to have ruined a once in a lifetime trip. Checking into the Raddisson Blu saved this for me. Just everything was marvellous. The place was spotless; rooms very comfortable with crisp white linen; food tremendous and the staff warm and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool area is stunning and overlooks the river. Thank you to all at Raddison Blu Livingsone.
