We’re a 5 minute's drive from the Kirkby train station providing excellent links to the rest of Liverpool.
You're surrounded by multiple green spaces and rivers, perfect to explore.

Our closest train station is Kirkby train station and it’s only a 5 minutes drive away.

There is free on-street parking on the surrounding streets.

For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
