« This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

« Laundry machine was not functioning -- and that mattered to me on this trip. They did not alert me to this fact ahead of time, nor, of this writing, have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Also their check-in process was painful -- even after filling out their form/downloading their app, it was not in the system so I had to call to get it fixed. All of that said -- the space/place is very nice and maybe others will not face the same difficulties I did. »
