« Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud...

« This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...
