Located in the beautiful, leafy suburb of Lilli Pilli on the NSW south coast, this spacious beach house is only 300m from Lilli Pilli Beach, 650m from a playground and 900m from the renowned Three66 Espresso Bar. Mogo Zoo and the new Mogo Mountain Bike Trails are only a short 20 Minute drive. Access to Trailhead track on the corner of James and Annette Street in Mogo. You can park in the township or at Mogo oval and playground. This architecturally designed home has been stylishly furnished throughout to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Space:
The home features a large open plan living area with an expansive, fully equipped kitchen with a family-sized fridge/freezer, kettle, pod machine, oven, microwave, sandwich press, rice cooker, utensils, crockery, cutlery, as well as wine, beer, and champagne glasses.

Floor-to-ceiling glass and wide sliding doors connect the light-filled interior with the spotted gum forest outside. Relax in one of the many private spaces while you read a book or stretch out on a sun lounge.

With two front verandas, two lounge rooms, and a study nook with a sofa bed, there are plenty of places to escape and wind down.

The oversized master bedroom even includes a chaise daybed and ottoman; the perfect spot for a nap after a morning at the beach.

Large sliding doors open to the paved entertaining area with an 8-seater outdoor dining table and Weber BBQ.

Guests are also welcome to use the boogie boards, games, books, and wifi during their stay. Linen is provided for all beds.

The ample Garage space offers a secure storage space for guest to bring their bikes, fishing gear, paddle boards, surfboards, and kayaks.

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.
This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
