« 10/10. Everything was exactly as listed and pictured. The communication was absolutely amazing! The response was always less than 15 minutes with a genuine, kind, and welcoming response. The unit was clean, beyond stocked with everything you need for your stay. Perfect location 2 mins walk from everything in Siesta Key Village! You truly can't go wrong with this unit and location! We will be back! »

« We found the property very dated and not clean. The shower was dirty with mildew on the tile/grout, and the showerhead had lime/green buildup. The windows, blinds, and window sills were filthy. The kitchen cabinets had ants/small bugs so food storage was a concern. The living room furniture and pillows were filthy. The bedroom needs blackout curtains as the neighbor's light is on all night and the bedroom is lit up all night. Properties behind us had college kids partying until after 2 am on...

« We had a wonderful week.
We were surprised by the advanced age of the house. But it's still very welcoming. Some minor work would make it much more welcoming, such as redoing the joints in the bathrooms. It's unpleasant to look at, but doesn't detract from feeling good. »

« This unit was exactly as advertised. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and ready for guests. We had a small glitch with tv remotes, but when we called, the manager responded quickly and restored the remotes. The pool was great after a day at the beach. The screened in porch was nice for entertaining. We would stay here again without hesitation. »

« Seamless arrival and welcome, the team was sure to checkin to see if we needed any information on the area. We were pleasantly surprised that beach carts, chairs were there for our use. Loved the pool. Felt very safe, easy walk to shops. Area was quiet, easy to rest. »

10/10 Excellent
