« We had an amazing stay at rugby creek. The cabin had unbelieveable views of the mountains and the nearby farm animals. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what this busy family needed. We cooked dinner every night as the kitchen upstairs and downstairs had more than enough pots/pans and cooking utencils. « My family and I stayed at the Drowsy Owl so we could have a winter get together in the mountains. We stayed in both sides of the cabin. It was great having all the room to spread out across both sides, but also good to have areas where we could spend family time together too. The cabin was super clean upon arrival and the check in process is really easy. Kelly is a great host and super quick in her response time. « Perfect getaway in VA! Hosts were very great about check in/out details days before. Was so quiet and secluded yet equipped with the essentials to make stay wonderful, even local soaps! Cabin is quite a bit away from store so make sure you grab groceries before the stay or you will have to travel! This was a great location for Grayson Highlands Park, Mt. Roger’s recreation and Demascus adventures! »
