« Unique rooms in a wonderful building, overlooking the Bay of Naples. Lovely area if you are happy being away from the hustle of the city centre. The room itself was simple but had everything we required. Fridge, air con etc. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. We had no issue gaining entry to the property as instructions were clear. Our hosts were excellent too. Friendly, and couldn’t do enough to make our visit to Naples the best it could be. »

« The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. « The property listing was very misleading. It is listed as a bed & breakfast but we only had access to a small room with bathroom. The bed was old and sagged in the middle and only came with a sheet and had holes, no blanket. The air conditioning was a small wall unit and kept turning off throughout our stay. We did not have access to a kitchen and only had a very small refrigerator without a coffee maker or microwave. We were told that there would be cleaning every other day and we did not...
