Ceci est un magnifique penthouse qui est situé à côté de l'hôtel Bellagio et du tout nouveau Cosmopolitan, nous sommes situés sur le Strip de Las Vegas !! Il est magnifique, avec une piscine étincelante (chauffée toute l'année), un jacuzzi, un sauna et d'innombrables autres commodités. Vous pouvez également utiliser les équipements gratuits du tout nouvel hôtel / casino Cosmopolitan avec de superbes équipements, restaurants, à quelques pas. Les commodités qu'ils ont sur place sont: des courts de tennis (gratuits), une piscine (gratuite), un spa / salle de gym (payant), et bien plus encore.

Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour l'utilisation de nos équipements du complexe ou des équipements du Cosmopolitan: l'accès à la piscine en bambou et à la piscine du boulevard au Cosmo est gratuit ainsi qu'aux spa et courts de tennis. Équipements du Jockey Club: piscine, salle de gym, spa, etc. sont également inclus dans le tarif de location et il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires.

Nous avons 6 lits individuels dans la suite Penthouse pour accueillir 2 personnes luxueusement ou un groupe de personnes se réunissant.

Nous avons le WIFI gratuit dans la suite ainsi que les derniers jouets technologiques.

Nous sommes situés directement sur le Strip à côté de l'hôtel Bellagio et du Cosmpolitan. Nous sommes situés au 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (L'hôtel Bellagio est à 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).

Marchez jusqu'au nouveau centre-ville / Mandarin Oriental / Aria et bien plus encore !!! Accès au Monorail.

Il y a aussi un service de voiturier sur place pour 5 $ / jour ou vous pouvez également garer votre propre voiture gratuitement. Nous partageons le stationnement avec le Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.

La suite penthouse de deux chambres, deux salles de bain vous permettrait d'avoir confortablement jusqu'à huit personnes ici. 2 lits queen dans le maître, 1 lit queen dans la chambre d'hôtes, 2 lits doubles et un grand espace tout au long, y compris un lit supplémentaire sur mesure si nécessaire. Veuillez me faire savoir quelles dates vous souhaitez réserver. Tarifs à la nuit, à la semaine et au mois! Nous pouvons mettre en place les lits d'appoint si besoin.

It’s a shame that an updated unit is NOT clean and many electric outlets did not work. You had to unplug some of the lamps to turn them off Although they did come back to reclean there was still dust, hair, dirty walls and floors.A visit from the largest cockroach I have ever seen topped off the stay. I advise minimizing the dusty decorative items

This place is absolutely perfect! Very large for all of us to be comfortable, lots of great amenities and nice touches included to help our stay be even more amazing, and was also great to be such a key location both on the strip and within the cosmopolitan and we were also able to use the cosmopolitan pool, which is great!! Daughter's 21st Birthday

The property is located in a great spot. You do not have a view of the strip from the property, but that worked for us. The manager was always available for questions. When we checked in, security put us in the wrong room. That was very frustrating since I had Las Vegas Decorators come and decorate for my daughter's birthday. But the manger made the security staff come help us move all the decorations. So it worked out. She also told the hotel that we should get a refund, although that did not happen, she was available to assist us. We did have trouble with the heat. The rooms were chilly. The property was conveniently located by the taxi/ uber area. We would stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location

Its not what you would expect. Very dated and not cleaned very well. Uncomfortable furniture and not set up well. We didnt spend much time there but I guess thats what you do in Vegas. IT lists as Penthouse but thats just the floor your on. No view of anything. The building is very dated. 1 Glass big enough to put ice in. Location is good and parking was also good. Your money dosent go far in Vegas anymore. We will go back to staying off the strip next time.

1st time in Vegas? Look no where else

Place was very well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 to sleep comfortably. Directly on the cosmopolitan property. Directly on the strip! Perfect location for anyone who wants to be in walking distance of everything. For the price location & comfortability look no where else!

They moved us to a comparable place.We were given two beds instead of 4 and a rollaway cot! Accommodation were nothing as pictured huge downgrade because of plumbing issues.Given a 700.00 refund but it still felt a little like a scam!

Disappointed

We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true. We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.

The check in process got very messy because the security people hadn’t processed our reservation or something like that, but immediately after I messaged the host on the Vrbo app she answered and gave me a call to get everything solved.

BEAUTIFUL

This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner. I would definitely be renting again.

room was supposed to be ready by 3, after 6 we were finally allowed into the room, it was DIRTY beds unmade the whole place was filthy! This was after we had been told it was being cleaned. We then were told put a call into the owner who called had someone coming to do the cleaning and it would be ready for 9 pm! We had been flying since 4 am. I want my money back.

Mostly good

So, we stayed at this property for 4 days during March Madness and it was mostly really good with a few hiccups. Let's start with the really good! The Communication from the host was excellent. She was prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Location. While it takes a bit to get used to everything, great location, very close to the strip. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything worked fine (except for the lamps (they are touch and very temperamental). Now, the good (but not great). Everything is nice (especially the couches, bed, tv) but not Luxury. Everything was a bit dated (bathrooms, furniture, etc but ok). The view was a wall as far as the eye could see so 0 view. The pool situation was very confusing. You check in at security and that was pretty easy, but when inquiring about the Cosmo pool, we were advised that we needed to put our name on the list the day before we wanted it (would have been good to know). Also, very confusing as to which pool we had access to (we were advised different ones when speaking to anyone). Lastly, the jockey pool is just not good. There is a net hanging over it and there was zero sun due to the location of the pool being dwarfed by buildings. The sauna did not work either. Overall, if you want a place that is quiet, a bit off the beaten path and quiet yet very accessible to the strip, I would recommend.
