Ideal location
The Signature Towers are in a fantastic location, and Tower 1 is the most ideal. Imagine getting off the elevator and walking just a few steps to your door, not a mile! This room was very convenient to the MGM and the monorail station. The room is comfy with a small kitchenette and nice bath with walk-in shower. We had a great week, bought a monorail pass and got to see several casinos and shows. Management is professional and very responsive! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and spacious. The hosts were great at communicating what we needed so the check in went smoothly. The property is close to the strip and had direct access to the monorail which we used to get around the strip.

Though blower dryer didn’t work they sent one up immediately. Always responsive to needs. Front desk that has nothing to do with VRBO. Was untrusting and questioned everything. Alittle weird We will stay again

Perfect getaway
The location was perfect. Close to the monorail and the strip but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.

Great location, easy communication with owners
Three of us stayed in Joe and Debra’s unit on the 16th floor in Tower 1. It was nice to be connected to the MGM without the smoke, but just steps to everything g MGM offered (as well as the strip!) Starbucks on the first floor. Excellent communication with the owners, comfortable beds and pillows, and the person that slept on the sofa bed wanted to highlight that it was the most comfortable sofa sleeper! The pool at this tower is adults only (we appreciated that). High winds forced us to the Tower 2 pool and then the MGM pool(s). All easily accessible. Would definitely return.

Joe and Deborah are super communicative! A series of perfectly timed auto-messages guide you through check-in, check-out, and property nuances - ideal for the self-sufficient. This room was closer to the convention center than the hotel rooms. Also, bigger and with more amenities. I'd 100% stay here again and will never stay in regular MGM rooms again - the nights I stayed were a fraction of the price of the MGM rooms making it a local score for me. -Cheers

The hotel was full but you old never say because it was so quite there . The location was great . We thought we had a balcony with the condo but it didn’t. The unit itself was beautiful and up to date. The only thing I would have liked is a bigger coffee maker as my wife and I like our coffee in the mornings , we went to Starbucks. I will recommend this condo to my friends who will be going to Vegas. Thanks

Fantastic Place to Stay!
Everything was GREAT! The location is amazing, little farther away from the strip for some quiet, but an easy walk out through the MGM or a short walk to the monorail that runs the entire strip. Communication with owners was fantastic as well. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Highly recommended!
Great location with a short walk to the MGM Grand hotel and Las Vegas Strip. The host was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful info about check-in and the property. I would definitely rent this again on my next trip to Vegas!

We absolutely loved Joe’s place. It was perfect for my wife & I. Spacious and just off the strip allowing us peace, and great amenities. The access the MGM was also fantastic and convenient. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Nice, big room. Very clean. Very comfortable. Close to pretty much everything. View is of back side of strip bldgs, not of strip itself. Garbage can needs a good cleaning. MGM pool complex very nice but so crowded and closes way too early.

We booked here because it was cheaper than getting an MGM and paying the resort fees on top of our lodging. Accommodations were pretty much the same as what you could get at MGM as well. staff is pretty minimal but that's because they're just coming off of covid. We had to hike over to tower two to check in. Thankfully the valet was still working. Room work for what we needed. We were able to use the MGM pool in addition to the signature pools. The Starbucks was only open in the hotel on the weekends limited hours. So we pretty much lived in the MGM because we were here for a tournament. I had to snag some extra towels from the cleaning lady who was cleaning the room next door as they only provided three for the three of us for the week. We only use the fridge but there was a mini stove and microwave. Pull out couch and a king bed with some pretty comfortable pillows. It's served our purpose. We'll use the facility again if we end up coming back again in the future.

Great find!
First time in Vegas that we didn’t have to constantly deal with walking through casinos, so this was a great find for us. Quiet, low key, and just what we were looking for this trip. The room is a perfect size for two people, clean and comfortable. Really nice to have a mini kitchenette in the room, too. The owners were great about giving the needed info about the room beforehand, and unobtrusively checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. We’ll be staying here again on future visits.

I have to say that that Joe's accommodation in Vegas was wonderful. Much better than a hotel room by far. I loved the spaciousness, the cleanliness ,decor and the view is pretty good. The tower itself is linked to the MGM without all the smoke and hustle and bustle. It was perfect. Little messages from Joe along the way to help with direction and check-in were really nice. I recommend this accommodation to all.

Location, location, location.... plus more !
My wife and I enjoyed six great nights at this wonderful rental. From check in to leaving, the place worked out perfectly for our plans. The location is wonderful. The strip is walking distance, it's a short walk through MGM to the monorail, there is available shopping nearby to stock up some food items if you choose, and the hotel itself is great. We utilized the downstairs Starbucks, lounge and the café in Tower 2 which serves up great food. We really appreciated the ongoing responses from the owners to our many questions. They were so helpful. They even had the hotel arrange to bring up bathrobes for our check-in as requested. The unit itself has everything you need and is quite comfortable. Some nights we just enjoyed sitting staring out towards the strip. We were surprised by how quiet the unit is given the hustle and bustle of the strip just a couple of blocks away. We will definitely book our next Vegas trip around the availability of this unit.

The perfect room
I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel room! The view is amazing, the room itself is even better than the pictures (which is hard to imagine), the monorail isn’t a far walk, the hotel gym is well equipped. The room has everything you could want- a coffee pot, a mini stove, a mini fridge, etc. The bathroom is incredible! The shower has the most amazing shower head, and there’s a jacuzzi tub as well. If I ever come back to Vegas, I will most definitely be booking this room again! Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

Cab driver knew right where the property was located, easy check in, great smelling lobby, awesome 21 older pool and lounging poolside. Beautiful suite with view of strip. Highly recommend. Great walk through MGM casino to strip!

Best Vegas Trip Ever!
Had a terrific time. The condo was in a great location for me. I enjoy walking, and looked forward to a trip to the Strip. The view was excellent and took advantage of it by cocktailing by the window and enjoyed the lights coming into view. And to cap everything else, was very lucky at Blackjack. Thank You, Gordon D.

Nice place, would rent direct next time and pay after the stay instead of up front well in advance.
Good: nice room and view, Starbucks, laundry room, workout room, little store, attached to MGM, nice little bar.....Bad: Pool was supposed to be open but was closed entire time, bathroom tv didn’t work, long walk to the strip, bathroom faucets leak at handles, needed to pay extra for room cleaning if wanted, 15 day reservation was divided into 3 reservations by owner?...why....had to stand in line and re-register and get new keys every time a real pain. Had to pay $150 fee to Home Away for finding us our place, asked owner they verified?? In conclusion, reserve your room direct from MGM/Signature instead of from the Signature owners. You may have to pay MGM Resort fees.... but between paying owners well in advance for your stay, paying a $150 Home Away fee, paying very expensive costs for room cleaning....your cost will more than balance out. Then... the MGM staff will be able help you instead of being told constantly to call the owner.

Unfortunately, there are a few facts that were omitted in your review: Please check room rates directly on the hotel or any travel website and verify that our rates are significantly below advertised rates; it’s not uncommon to save between 20% to 70% of hotel advertised rates! * By renting with a private owner, the studio isn’t serviced by the hotel daily house cleaning. This is one of the ways you get save money compared to booking through the hotel. On resort fees alone, you saved over $550 on your trip. :) Many guests enjoy the use of free washing machines if they need to wash linens or clothes. In any case, a professional cleaning team is on stand by in case you request a cleaning. *There are 7 pools currently available and open in the resort; unfortunately the pool nearest to the studio was temporarily closed for emergency maintenance. *We requested and never received your authorization to enter and change the TV during your stay with us. We respect your privacy and are not at liberty to enter my property without your permission. In any case, we would love the opportunity to host you again and address any issues you communicate with us! :) Joe

Quiet, clean and close!
Joe and Debora have a lovely suite. So lovely that I chose to stay there again after my experience with them last year. The condo was clean, the bed comfortably divine and the bathroom is luxurious. It is also so close to everything in the MGM, as well as, restaurants, shopping and top strip sites! Dishes and silverware are included with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, toaster and coffee maker. I didn't use everything, but the option was there! From the reservation confirmation to the check in, check out, and timely security deposit refund, I can't recommend this condo and these owners more. They even messaged me mid stay to make sure all was well. Thanks to both of you for everything!

Great stay in Vegas!
We had a great stay at MGM Signature. The check in and out processes were really easy and the unit had everything we needed. Location was great and connected to MGM Grand through an indoor walkway. We took advantage of the pools at MGM Grand and Signature. Signature pools were quieter and had more shade, which I really loved. The unit is right off the elevator, so we could hear people in the hallway at times, but as long as you and the neighbors keep the outer doors shut, that did a great job blocking noise. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely stay in the same unit again!

Good location, lovely property.
This is a great locations on the south end of the strip. We were in town for events at Southpoint & Mandalay Bay and it was an easy Uber or taxi ride to all of our destinations The personnel on site were great and the property itself was clean and beautiful. Room was as advertised, and very nice. . Grocery & restaurants nearby. Bar & Starbucks on site.

Great stay!
Had a great stay at the MGM Signature. The suite was exactly as advertised. Building is set back from the strip, quiet and a nice change of pace from the other options. The walk to the strip is indoors, and made easy with the moving walkways. Booking and check in was simple with Joe keeping us up to date with what to expect. Also, if you use myvegas points for comps, we were able to use our stay to qualify for rewards that require a minimum stay at an MGM resort. They didn't mind that we had booked through a 3rd party. Overall great. Will book again the next time we visit Vegas.

Very Nice
Joe's suite was very nice. It was stocked with the necessities and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower pressure. My security deposit was returned ahead of schedule. Better quality coffee (I am admittedly a coffee snob) and a supply all four mornings of my stay and a make up mirror would make it practically perfect.
