Nos maisons d'hôte de charme à Lakeland - Winter Haven

« The bad far outweighs the good. The good: cheap. Communicative host. The bad: 1) Rugs very dirty - doesn't look like they vacuumed in weeks. 2) After paying, I got a list of unusual rules with fines for a ton of unusual things they require. These were NOT on the Expedia information and were completely unexpected. More on that below. 3) Bugs. I saw at least 8 small crawling bugs in different places in my room 4) Very convoluted forms required for checkin w/ required screenshots of IDs. Now...

« I could not find the house because the address is listed incorrectly. There were instructions to take off your shoes or use covering, but when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet got really dirty. There’s a dark entertainment room/foyer with neons lights/decor, a pool table and some other items that led to the rooms and were nonfunctional. »

« Viven gente en esa casa y no puedes hacer ni bulla en el baño ósea no te puedes ni bañar »

« Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic. »

« Not a Hotel — Read Carefully Before Booking My experience at Tempo Trek Lodgings in Davenport, Florida, was extremely disappointing due to the lack of transparency about what guests are actually renting. This is not a hotel. It is a shared house with seven individual rooms for rent. Guests share the kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and common areas. Even the parking is shared, and that is a major problem. There are only four parking spaces for the entire property: two in the garage and two in the...

« Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details. This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away. We will be coming back! »

« Les propriétaires sont très accommodants, flexibles et réactifs. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le quartier est calme et joli. Toutefois, nous avons été déçus que le jacuzzi ne soit pas chauffé et il y a une grande proximité avec la résidence des propriétaires, ce qui donne moins l'impression d'intimité. »

« Wonderful stay! The space was very clean and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Plenty of parking, even with the property located right in downtown. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Very relaxing time and the host communicated the details. »

« The host was very helpful and prompt with their response »

« I did not stay I want money back »

« Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area. »

« UN APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN MEUBLÉ ET BIEN ÉQUIPÉ. UN AGRABLE SÉJOUR. »

« This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed. »

« Great location. Super cute place. Perfect size! »

« Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there. »
