Lake Township : Chalets

« The Sugarbush Chalet was perfect for a winter holiday! The house layout was perfect for two couples as we had bedrooms on two separate floors for some added privacy. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. For our winter stay the wood burning fireplace and the oversized couch was perfect. Very cozy! We had considerable snow during our stay, but the roads were well cleared and the homeowners even had local snow removal service arrive to clear the driveway and allow us to easily get out and go on...

« This place was so great! It was really nice having a bathroom on each floor as well. We took full advantage of the projector Downstairs and was able to have a fabulous little weekend away! Will be booking again! »

« It was the perfect amount of space for our family of five. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect autumn location. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit like Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire, Leland, Northport. Would highly recommend! »

« The house itself was fine. Accommodated the 14 people we had well with enough places to sleep. We wanted a place on the water with docks (in the amenities) because we were bringing 2 boats and planned being on the water the whole weekend. I had a conversation via VRBO messenger in March prior to booking for Labor Day weekend, regarding if docks were included and was told yes there were 2 docks and a hoist that would accommodate a pontoon. Great! We booked and had 14 people coming, 2 boats ready...

« A great place to enjoy Northern Michigan. Close to Honor and Sleeping Bear Dunes, it’s an easy drive to get around. The house was well appointed. The kitchen has all the gadgets, including a full sized coffee maker, a bonus. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We had a great stay, it’s close to a lot of local golf courses and we used that to our advantage! »

« The lake is beautiful, peaceful, and serene. It was really nice to have kayaks and SUP’s at our disposal. The sauna is a nice touch, too. The property is set in a private, woodsy location, so if you’re trying to get away from it all, this is your place! The house is clean and kept up very nicely. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The host and hostess are super accommodating and respond promptly to any needs or inquiries. You will love it here! We sure did! »
