« All staff particularly Deepak, Hemant, Shivam and Atul at front desk were quite helpful and provided excellent services »

« Good size room, great location and food was delicious. Cleaning, kitchen and security staff were friendly. Only problem was with the noise coming from road traffic and so if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as the noise is 24x7. »

« Da war Wasserschaden in Zimmer und ist jeden Tag die Farbe am Bett gefallen, es war sehr laut, weil das Hotel liegt genau an der Kreuzung »

« Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage. Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...

« The neighborhood is walkable, which is a tough find for an Indian city. It was even walkable from the metro station. The room was very good other than the fact that I had no view whatsoever. The translucent windows opened out to a back alley staircase. The hotel diner and housekeeping were very good. »

« From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. The staff member were really disrespectful towards the poor security guard. The way they...

« It was last minute booking and had good experience. »

« A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. The bathroom window could not be closed, so they had just...

« They were not open for us to check in when they said they would be- we were stranded on the streets of Delhi. They did not refund us even tho we didn’t get to stay. »

« Un hôtel simple et efficace. Tout est très fonctionnel dans cet hôtel avec une touche de technologie qui est très appréciable. L'hôtel est bien situé à nos yeux, pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop simple, mais il reste peu cher. Le personnel est clair et sait répondre à nos questions. Un hôtel sympa pour y séjourner une ou quelques nuits. »

« Personnel à l'écoute, superbe piscine. grande chambre très propre »
