« I'd have given it 4 or 5 stars except for one very bad experience which is causing me to give a poor rating. It has to do with laundry I had put out of my room one morning. A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking...
