The deposit is due at the latest upon check-in and is paid by credit card or check! The deposited deposit is the basis for the check-in, as well as the specification of the personal data of the booking contractual partner.

All necessary information and the house rules are handed over to the guest upon check-in.
For insurance reasons, a list of names including gender and age of all those arriving must be sent to us by e-mail at least one week before check-in, as well as the desired occupancy of the room including information on which room has single beds and which double bed is required.
With check-out, a joint inspection of the rented rooms takes place.
The moving of furnishings is not permitted either in the buildings or in the garden areas!

The crockery and cutlery as well as the tables are to be cleaned before departure. Household waste must be disposed of in the public container provided for this purpose. The top floors are to be handed over clean-swept.
Children, small children and people with disabilities are expressly very welcome. However, they are to be reported by the person making the booking in advance and, if necessary, discussed with the landlord with regard to special requirements.
Pets must be registered before departure. A one-off fee of EUR 60 per stay will be charged for each pet you bring with you.
For the additional use of firewood and lighters, a flat rate of EUR 15 must be paid per day of use.
Events are possible, but should be discussed in advance.
The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as two drying racks and laundry baskets can also be rented for a fee of EUR 20 per day. this rental is to be fixed with the travel booking.
