« We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. « The home has a beautiful design. We felt very safe. It is located near the beach. Host is responsive and helped guide me to the home when lost. Definitely a place to retreat and be at peace. Only 30 minutes away from the city, but right next to the beach. »

« Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good. Great stay. »

« The hosts will treat you like family! They had a sign up for my birthday and share their delicious watermelon. The place is beautiful, clean and as they said, safe! I absoyloved it. »

« Loud noise around lots of dogs barking and rusters the shower 🚿 upstairs didn’t have hot water 💧 the bedroom upstairs to warm the traffic was bad all night .homeless walking around very scary 😨 we feel very unsafe.we left early this morning we didn’t want to stay there anymore the people behind us were loud! »

« Our family really enjoyed our stay in Las Gaviotas at this prime location property! Very convenient to easily access the beach from the property with walking paths close by. The house was very clean and comfortable as well, with an awesome large deck overlooking the surf break. Large, comfortable living area and kitchen space as well. Good storage for surf boards too. Would definitely rent here again! »
