« The property was neat and clean on arrival. All the items that we needed for our 7 nights stay were at the site - as committed. The grocery store on the ground floor added an additional layer of convenience. Several quick service restaurants are just around the corner - literally a 5 minute walk away. Would I choose them when I return to Jeddah - ABSOLUTLEY YES. »

« New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. Basic amenities should’ve been available without having to ask. Was fixed quickly when asked. Apartment is very nice but if travelling for pilgrimage worth noting the...

« I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. »
