« Really nice place to stay in Taif. My family and I had a really great time. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is ok, you don't have much choice but it's worth it just for the fresh waffles. The garden in the back is really nice, there is a pool, kids park, traditionals tents, we've enjoyed it a lot. Honestly good price / quality. »

« This hotel has seen better days but the female receptionist made it sadly a hotel we will want to forget. Her attitude which was arrogant and obtuse was only matched by her overall lack of competence and her totally unprofessional approach. Her poor command of English could not be used as an excuse as even in Arabic she was poor. Aside from nearly depriving us of our right to breakfast, she also asked to see my passport 3 times.
