« We had a generally pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and communicated well, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The apartment was clean, luxurious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. One big plus was the underground parking, which was very convenient. However, there were a couple of downsides: The bathroom floor flooded after each shower, as there was no slope for water drainage. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. « I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. »

« Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! »

« Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap. The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly. Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. « Check in was a nightmare, no instruction, no reception, had to wait 1 hour to get help to be able to get in, not fun after travelling for 30 hours to get here. Once I was in, the experience was great »
