Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Dhawa Yura Kyoto! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, wodurch wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist hervorragend, alles ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das köstliche Essen und die große Auswahl an freien Getränken, die zur Verfügung standen. Wir waren mit unserem 4-jährigen Kind dort, und es war einfach super. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da es sowohl mit der Bahn als auch mit dem Bus sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Hoffentlich hilft diese Bewertung!

Our check in process was not to be desired arriving after 12am to be told they don't have housekeeper to put the beds together. The staff that checked dus in didn't put in the effort or were they friendly or considerate that we traveled all day to get there.

Nice and quiet hotel. Close to a subway station and the city hall. Friendly and helpful staff. The view from our room was a mixed bag. On the one hand we could see the mountains and a temple, on the other hand, the area right next to the hotel wasn't very pleasant to look at. Coffee at breakfast is just ok, but there's a Nespresso machine along with free candy in the Nest lounge area.

Clean and well located
We loved our stay here! Super convenient hotel in the Gion district located right next to a subway. Close to lots of great food and within walking distance of the imperial palace and other attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Opted for the plan with breakfast, which was great. They also had a lounge with coffee and little snacks available at all times. The only thing is that we noticed there was no safe in our room.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, really great staff! I wish we had been able to stay here more than one night, and I would definitely go back. The hotel lobby/breakfast room were lovely, and the room itself was very nice and updated (although small - standard for Japan!). The location is right by a metro stop and very walkable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. Highly highly recommend!

Excellent hotel and service with the basic necessities. Walkable to many things, directly on top of the subway for all other destinations in the city. Rooms are small but clean, modern, and function-able. Hit the hotel bar for a proper before dinner cocktail and finish the evening with a Japanese whiskey at the Comfy Bar directly across the street!

Nice clean new hotel walkable to main attractions. Very pricey for a very small room. Bathroom sink is tiny. There are blinds inside glass wall that cannot open. The 2 closets can only fit 6 hangers. The room only has a blind but no curtain so the room is not completely dark at night. I kept my window closed all the time because the view outside was torn down houses.

Kyoto before Xmas
The location of the hotel is very good . Close to train station and the kamo river . The room size is good and has a tatami area for sitting by the window . The shower is strong . Breakfast is good . The gym is a bit small though. I had a couple of morning runs by the river and to the place which is very nice . there are many restaurants and covenient stores near the hotel. There is complimentary coffee n teas n snacks at the lobby.
