Des voleurs Nous avons réservé 2 chambres supérieures avec vue sur la ville nous avons eu droit une vue sur un mur situé à 5 mètres de la fenêtre Nous devions avoir une bouteille de champagne dans la chambre … deux bouteilles d eau nous attendaient Le parking convenu à 100 zl était finalement à 180… Ils organisent des cocktails la nuit jusque à 2 heures du matin avec bien étendu de la musique à fond nous plaintes n’ont rien changé L’emplacement et le pdj sont supers ainsi qu une partie du personnel Je me pose beaucoup de questions sur la véracité des commentaires Pour être honnête hôtel.com a fait un geste commercial Hôtel à fuir

Hello, thank you for your opinion and we are sorry that your experience at our hotel was not as good as you hoped. Your champagne wasn't in your room because you arrived before the start of the check in time which is from 2pm. Our staff provides our guest with champagne as soon as they arrive just because we want to serve it cooled and do not want ice to melt. As for the view, unfortunetly Expedia had an error which resulted in accomodating you in that room without the possibility of changing your room standard. Also, on our Expedia page we have information that parking costs 100 PLN per day and every guest recives information about that in the message after booking a room. Our hotel do not own parking space so we cannot negotiate or change the pirices. Despite everything, we hope that you enyojed visiting Krakow.

Great location, lovely staff
The room and hotel were both fantastic. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff was super nice! I’d come back again, but be aware that if there is a roof party, then the whole place will be booming with sound. Didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper fair warning !

The place to be . Superbe chambre immense, propreté au top. Personnel adorable . Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec un chef aux petits soins . L’emplacement ne peut être mieux. A 2 minutes de la place centrale. Je recommande vivement.

Great character hotel, huge rooms, comfy bed, lovely decor and furniture, sweet personnel. It is close to all the best spots of the old city but being located in a small pretty street it hides you away from the crowd and tourist noise

Absolutely perfect location - very close to the central square but also off a side street so much quieter. Room was very large, with excellent walk in wardrobe. Staff organised an excursion for us, there was no pressure from them and they were so helpful.

Absolutely fantastic stay, had a fabulous room which was very large and comfortable, with all we could wish for. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared for us when we arrived in the dining area. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the wonderful city.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bogoria! The location in the old town was fantastic and very walkable. Our room was beautiful, huge, and comfortable. Breakfast was great and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!

I recommend without qualification Hotel Bogoria for an American traveling to Krakow who does not speak Polish. The concierge make the visit easy, arranging transporation to and from the airport, as well filling out in Polish a complicated Covid form. The Hotel is elegant. The room was spacious. The bathroom was in marble. The furniture was both comfortable and beautiful. The hotel was gracious enough to do my laundry. The Hotel is an extraordinary value. I would not stay anywhere else in Krakow other than the Hotel Bogoria. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old City, steps from the Royal Way, which connects the Town Square and Wawel Castle. Each is only one quarter of a mile from the Hotel in an easy safe walk. Wawel Castle is the Smithsonian of Poland, and a treasure of Poland, and a tribute to Pope Jean Paul. Outside of the Old City, I got lost, finding that English was not commonly spoken, and that Google Maps did not work for me. The Polish Language is complicated for a foreigner like myself, and the convoluted streets not in the form of a grid were perplexing to me. The vacation of Krakow was a cultural treasure for me. I recommend Hotel Bogoria and Polish Airlines(Lot) for an enriching and special vacation. Off season in October was very nice. William Conway MD Nashville Tennessee

All the staff were amazing from the moment we first got to reception. Could not praise them enough. Equally so the room and Hotel were really nice. Location was great close enough to walk to Town but far enough not to get the late night noise. If we were to got back would stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic!! We went here for our ten year anniversary and the staff did everything they could to make it a beautiful time for us!! Extra kudos to the woman who did our breakfast! The hotel is new, very central (we walked everywhere) and the rooms are huge!! It’s a little noisy from the street below in the mornings and late weekend nights. This’d the only place you need to look at while visiting krakow! You will fall in love with it!

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge mellan torget i gamla stan och Wawel Castle. Rummet var fantastiskt och personalen vänlig och hjälpsam. Garanterad utcheckning två timmar senare, fungerade inte, trots VIP Access. I övrigt ett topphotell.

Værelset var til et klart 10 tal. Men hotellet havde en bar i kælderen der larmede forfærdeligt højt! Så uanset det gode værelse, service osv. Så falder det hele til jorden, når der er så meget larm man ikke kan sove. Der var flere ting der ikke var som forventet. Der er ikke morgenmadsbuffet. Der er ikke kanaler på tvet, der er ikke nogen minibar og værelserne er ikke lydtætte som de skriver.

Great location in the city center. The front desk arranged airport transfers both from and to the airport, as well as tours around the area (Salt Mine, concentration camp, etc.). Clean and LARGE rooms. The staff could have been a little more friendly, but they accommodated all of our requests.

Hotel Bogoria is in a great location with amazing staff. The two drawbacks I had was a motion sensor light in the room that would turn on if someone walked in the hallway outside which isn't great if you're trying to sleep. The second thing is on the weekend there is a bar/club attached to the hotel that plays very loud music from around 8pm to 4am. This will prevent you from getting sleep on the weekend if you are trying to. Other than that my experience was a good one. The staff helped answer a lot of questions and provided good customer service. The cleaning crew also did a really good job cleaning the room. Check in was a breeze and the room was in good condition.

An excellent stay for the right price
Perfectly located near the old center of Crakow, but in a calm street, this hotel has an antique charm, but maintained as new, well equipped and spotless clean. Service was to the standard, huge bed was amazingly comfortable and the sheets were excellent quality.

Excellent Location
This hotel was in an excellent location on the edge of the old town halfway between the old town square and Wawal Castle within a 5 minute walk of both. There were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. I was on the European 4th floor right below the rooftop bar which had a little noise in the late evening but not too bad. If you don't want noise just make sure you get a floor or two lower. It was an excellent hotel and I would stay here again.
