Déçu
Hôtel qui croit être un 5 étoiles mais qui ne vaut même pas un 3 étoiles acceuil avec un verre de tang orange? Chambre pas très propre , serviettes très sales ( on a du faire changer ) nous avions louer une chambre avec piscine privée qui était froide et pas très propre le bain à remous ne fonctionnait pas correctement ( une seule fonction possible ) l hotel est situé près d un bâtiment en ruine et de l aéroport loin de la plage bref l hotel est très vétuste et coûte très cher par rapport à ses qualités cachées nous avons séjourné plus de 10 jours dans un autre établissement de 3 étoiles qui méritait beaucoup plus que celui ci et beaucoup moins cher à éviter...

Super séjour
Très belle petite maison au dessus de la piscine avec personnel très accueillant et fort sympathique. Le seul petit problème étant la pompe de la piscine un peu bruyante la nuit.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été acceptable. Néanmoins, je dois dire que j'ai été déçu par le rapport qualité/prix. En effet, le secteur villas et vieux et mérite d'être entièrement refait. La nuit, nous avons été dérangés par les moteurs de l'aire conditionné ainsi que de celui de la piscine. J'en ai informé le personnel qui a envoyé immédiatement un technicien, mais rien à faire. Ceci a duré tout notre séjour. Si le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon, il n'a jamais varié en 2 semaines. Enfin, un point très positif, il est à relever que le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Merci à eux. Pour terminer, j'aurais apprécié de rencontrer le personnel de la direction.

Tout d abord nous sommes arrivés de nuit et là !! superbe impression! Notre chambre des waters Villas !! Top !! Rien a redire , excepté la clim obligatoire un peu bruyante .. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner , grande déception du restaurant qui aurait vraiment besoin d être relooke, nous avons eu la sensation d être dans une cantine , il en ait de même pour la piscine commune de l hôtel des travaux de réfection son nécessaires et voir même urgent mais le point le plus choquant c est qu une grande partie de la vue de l hôtel est complètement masquée par une construction gigantesque abandonnée d un autre hôtel en ruines dont les photographes qui ont réalisés le site ce sont bien gardés de montrer ! En résumé cet hôtel est loin d être un cinq étoiles tant au niveau du site que des prestations !!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Pour la 2ème année, nous avons séjourné en famille durant l'été plus de 2 semaines dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles qui constitue un excellent compromis. Sa localisation, son calme, sa piscine, la gentillesse du personnel nous permettent de passer de très bonnes vacances. En navette ou à scooter nous pouvons rayonner sur l'île et rejoindre facilement toutes les lieux d'activités. Très bonne restauration sur place. Free Shuttle pour l'hôtel KC Beach sur la plage à Chaweng. Hôpital international à proximité. Au retour d'une journée bien remplie, prendre sa douche ou un bain dans le double jacuzzi sur son balcon face à la mer. Que du plaisir !

Fantastic 5 night stay in an over water villa
Our stay was perfect.it was exactly what we wanted. The overwater villa is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was brilliant and the glass floor in the villa looking into the pool was amazing. The views were stunning from the sun deck as well.overall the accomodation exceeded our expectation.we had a brilliant time and i would recommend the villas to anyone looking for something private and unique. Oh and i mustn't forget to mention the hot tub which comfortably accommodated 2 people and the views again were incredible. The staff were so attentive and personable. They made us feel special. There are a few shops and restaurants within 10 mins walk from the hotel but the main chaweng area is realistically a short taxi journey away. I suggest you make use of the free buggy service which picks you up from the bottom of the hill and takes you to your room. Its not a huge walk but its very steep.i did the walk once and regretted it. Overall we certainly did not regret paying extra for the villa and will definitely be staying again when we return to koh samui this time next year.

Hotellia mainostetaan viiden tähden hotelliksi mutta vastaa max kolmea tähteä. Hotelli kaipaa päivitystä. Aamupala oli kovin suppea ja valmiiksi paistetut kananmunat olivat kylmiä. Jogurtit oli annostelu kuppeihin mutta ne eivät olleet kylmässä. Sänky oli mielyttävä. Parvekkeelta oli mahtavat näkymät. Poreamme kaipaisi huoltoa. Ilmastointijärjestelmä oli erittäin likainen. Hotelli sijaitsee korkealla mäellä mutta sinne oli järjestetty kuljetus joka toimi hyvin. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällisiä.

If i came back to this island - i would stay here again. Next time i would go for the room with the swimming pool - if u can afford it! Do it! Breakfast was great. Hotel was spotless. Clean rooms Great staff. Wifi was spot on everywhere. Your far enough away from the main strip - but walking distance. Bir of a tourist trap but great never the less.

I had the over the water villa which made my stay a lot more pleasing. The hotel is very old. Buffet breakfast was very ordinary. Staff very helpful. The view was spectacular. They have a daily bus that takes you to their sister beach hotel which we used. The hotel also has a buggy service that takes you up and down the hill so you don’t have to walk.

Inanılmaz güzeldi. İlk geldiğimiz gün ben sinirlenmiştim böcek var yemekleri acı diye. Ama o kadar iyi insanlar var ki kaldığımız otelin insanlari hele çok iyilerdi. On gün çok çabuk geçti ve asla kötü bir deneyim yaşamadık. Otelimizin personelleri güler yüzlü, kibar ve saygılı davrandılar. Hepsine burdan da tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Koh samui de güzel bir balayı yaptık. Hem ucuz hem de çok güzel bir yer. KC otelinde kalmak isteyenler varsa eğer oraya taksiyle gitmeyin otel personellerine para ödeyin ve onların getirmesini sağlayın yoksa taksi 400 baht alır ve bu orda çok büyük bir para. Havalimanı sabah saat 4te açılıyor bilginiz olsun o yüzden erken gitmeye çalışmayın bizim gibi. Giderken güneş kremi falan almayın orda daha ucuz. Sinekler biraz dışarda vakit geçirirken rahatsız edebilir ama merak etmeyin sinek kovucu sprey sıkabilirsiniz. Konaklama konusunda bence biz en güzel yerlerden birinde kaldık çünkü KC otelinin üçüncü katında kaldık ve tüm manzarayı görebiliyorduk. Herşeyde yardımcı oldular ve asla bunun için ekstra para almadılar. Gitmek isteyenler varsa tavsiye ederiz. Özellikle balayı için mükemmel bir yer :)

Had a good time in KC for a night, too short. Stayed in garden room, the space was huge but a bit aged. They provided baby cot with no charge for my 6 month old baby. The view from the hotel is amazing as it’s located in hill top. From the rooftop, flights landing and take off from airport can be seen, other side is Water villas & the beautiful end of beach. Buggy is there for any movement and it’s walking distance to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient. Hospitality from staffs are good. Will be back in future again.

The jaccuzi in the room was old and rusty. The colour of the jaccuzi had turned from white to yellow so it was very unpleasant and the taps were completely rusty. The staff at the front desk abd the reception were not helpful. We came to check in and waited for the room (because it was not ready in time) for half an hour and the staff didn’t even offer us a drink. The workers were impatient and quite rude. In addition, the coffee was not included on the breakfast and cost 100 bth for a cup. We booked a boat through the hotel to Ko Tau and they were not helpful and did not explain that we have to get a very expensive cab to the peer. The only good part were the staff in the dining room and at the pool that were very nice. Especially Dean that was in charge of the omlettes- she was so kind and very good at her job. Also the guards and buggy drivers were nice and helpful.

Underbart- och prisvärt hotell med extra allt!
Fantastiska fem dagar på paradisön Koh Samui och KC Resort gjorde det hela ännu bättre. Stort plus för att hotellgäster från ”Over Water Villas”, även är välkomna till KC Resorts Beach Villas nere vid Chaweng stranden. Jag tror nästan det spenderades minst lika mycket tid där, som på det egna hotellet. Lyxigt att kunna välja och gratis shuttleservice från hotellet två fyra gånger om dagen!! Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med utmärkt service från personalen. Fin utsikt över havet från både poolområdet och frukostbuffén (som var varierande med inslag av västerländsk matkultur blandat med det bästa från thailändska köket). Enda negativa med vistelsen var mitt något slitna rum som tilldelades. Det var lampor som inte fungerade, många ”byggnadsmissar” i badrum, som drar ner helhetsbetyget. Gymmet var också en besvikelse för ett hotell i denna prisklass och ”stjärnor”.

空港に近いホテル
到着時にフロントの受付にスタッフが一人しかおらず、しばらく立ったまま待たされた。そのスタッフもゲストに対応中だったため、何も言われずどうしてよいかわからない状態が続きました。客室は広くて良いのですが、エアコンの温度調節が効かなかったり、トイレの排水に時間がかかったりと少し困ってしまった。バスアメニティも、シャンプーとボディシャンプーのみで、歯ブラシやコンディショナーは持参したものを使用しました。空港に近いため、こちらのホテルを利用しました。空港までは、早朝時にタクシーで10分程。寝るだけだったので、それほど問題ではありませんでしたが、もう少し快適に過ごしたかったです。

La struttura in se e’ molto carina, a 10/15 min dal centro della movida. Personale davvero scarso, sempre scocciati in qualsiasi richiesta, non capiscono una parola di inglese. Se non avete grosse pretese ma vi serve la centralità... e’ ottimo, ma in bocca al lupo se dovete fare qualsiasi cosa che obbliga contatto con il personale.

Problem with A/C
The first night the A/C wasn’t working properly and even though requested to be moved they brought us a fan. In the morning we complained again and then they moved us. This room was very good. Drinks at the bar were very small and expensive, basically the same price as at home. Breakfast was good and they make to order eggs but took a while to get. Many guests and only 2 people making the egg orders. Most everyone tried very hard to give good service. I expected the hotel to be at the beach as their name of Over Water Villas but wasn’t. Very misleading name but after I got there I realized that most hotels were the same and had misleading names.

Very poor attitude of F&B manager. We had special request for vegetarian food. Instead of being helpful and willing to listen, he wasn’t just ready to even reply properly. We have travelled the world over but never ever have faced staff with such rude behaviour. We understand that at some places and over some times, food of our liking isn’t available and we don’t mind that. However, the manager over here, he was soooo rude..... never expected such behaviour from him. This was our 3rd visit to Thailand. Our previous experience with properties such as Amari etc were simply super, but not this time at K C Resorts....the behaviour of indifference started with F&B manager, and continued with bell boys, housekeeping staff and all. Only saving grace was Sonia, at reception who was quite helpful.

It's a nice and very cheap resort. For the pricing the quality was fair. It is on the hillside and 2km away fromnthe city center which makes it a bit inconvenient but on the other hand it is quiet. There is a shuttle bus in the morning and in the afternoin to the KC beach resort (different KC owned hotel closer to the beach and the city center) but only one shuttle back to the hotel in the morning which makes it a little bit annoying to return back to the hotel after spending time at the beach. A better shuttle timing for return busses would be appreciated. The breakfast in the morning is ok but I would say it is nothing special. I had in Bangkok in a 3-star hotel more choices. But on the other hand the price for the resort hotel was very low. The room is sspacious, includes all necessary amenities, a nice balcony to spend the mornings and evenings on, a refreshing pool. The staff is very helpful and supporting. They helpedme finding lost sunglasses and theythe brought them back to me. They are talkative, remeber your name which gives this place an atmosphere of being welcomed. I recommend this place for people who like to spend some days at a quiet resort but I do not recommend it to picky resort-lovers.

The hotel is nice and is located on a hill. The staffs are friendly and greet my boyfriend and I whenever we pass them. BUT BE AWARE of BED BUGS! On the first night, everything was fine until the second night (when housekeeping change the sheets). My boyfriend and I came back after a long day, we showered and change. Afterwards, we laid on the bed which felt as if someone threw sand all over it.. So, we just brushed it off..UNTILthe next morning, my boyfriend and I was covered with BED BUG BITES.. we knew it wasn't mosquitos bites because these bite marks we're in a line and had a pattern. Usually moquito bites mark are spread out randomly throughout the body. These bites were swollen, had clear fluid sweeping, and was extremely itchy. What felt like sand on the bed was actually bed bugs.... We stayed in RM 314. Im note sure if it's just that room or if it was the bed/sheets we slept on. With that said, PLEASE BE AWARE regarding your choice of staying at KC RESORT. Despite the friendly staff, we would give this place a THREE STAR because of the bed bug incident, unsanitary deep soak tub on the balcony, and inadequate A/C. I hope you find this review helpful and assist you in finding the best resort to stay in during your time in Thailand! (-:

The impeccable staff service is made the hotel exceptionally stand out from the rest. There is no task to hard for them, they are readily available and performance exceeds our expectations. Shout out to Jeen from concierge services, S from the view restaurant and Don, the bartender. These staff have made our stay comfortable, welcoming and relaxing.

Lovely time spent at this hotel - our room was fabulous with the most amazing view we had the Grand Junior Suite - breakfast was ok could be improved with a few more options - staff were extremely helpful always ready to assist with a smile - special thanks to Jeen who really does go out of his way to ensure you are looked after - the pool itself we found very relaxing - the sun loungers could do with an upgrade - tiled area around pool very slippery I am hoping hotel management will address this issue - their are some repairs being done at the hotel and yes the other comments saying the hotel could do with a makeover are correct - but in saying that the hotel is still a great place to stay and it should not stop you from having a great time here - the views are exceptional as are the stafff so I would definitely recommend - the hill leading up to the hotel should not cause any problems as the staff are always ready to take you up and down in the buggy this was an excellent service - thanks team we had a great holiday 🌴😃

I am happy to know that you had a great time staying with us with the service to received from our staff, the breakfast will be improved as you mentioned. At the swimming pool area that slippery, we have noticed that and now it's on our project to improve it better by putting non-slipped rubber mat to ensure that every guest is safe from using the swimming pool as well as some other place that need doing. The rooms were spacious and nice. It’s just at the top of the hill, it’s hard to walk down to the store without having the buggy service. At one time the cleaning didn’t start until around 2:30 which I had to wait outside until it’s finish to go in and rest. Later I had to inform the front desk to have the rooms clean earlier so we all can rest.

ホテルとビーチが離れているが、バイクレンタルしたので、問題はなかった。ホテルのプールは眺めがいい。しかしながら、スピーカーまで持ち込んで大音響でインド歌謡をながしていたインド人に呆れた。また、レストランで飲んだグラスワインはとても不味かった。
