The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! « My experience was slightly affected by the fact that I stayed in low season, and at a time when there was political instability along the border with DRC nearby. Hence I was the only guest for most of my time at the hotel which generated a slightly odd feeling. However, the suite I was allocated to was absolutely beautiful, incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. « Beautiful view, comfortable accomodations, clean, hot water and well situated in Kibuye. It’s a bit hard to find as Google maps redirects us to broken down roads and unusable ones, so call the place for directions, once Google gets the right road, it will direct you properly. There is a 5 minutes part to the road that is harder to naviguate but I had a CRV and drove very slowly and all was fine. You can get cheap moto taxis to go to town.
