Because the unit is on the first floor and has no curtains in the living room, we very much felt like we were in a fishbowl at night and wished we had the option of greater privacy. « The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach! »

« This was a great location and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The furniture was well used and slightly broken. Also, the master bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. It made us feel like the bathroom was dirty. »

« This condo in Kings Beach was perfect for our family. Girls could walk around on their own and have fun. The beach is very busy, but we found other more secluded areas like Emerald Cove to hang out. Sand Harbor is a short drive as well as Tahoe City. Lake Tahoe was absolutely beautiful and we had hot weather all week. The condo was perfect… great size, very clean and nicely decorated. Thanks so much! We hope to be back! »

« There was an odd smell that the condo had which wasn’t pleasant. The pool was closed for repairs which was not mentioned in the website at all. Neither did the host inform me of it which was annoying because I wasn’t able to enjoy that amenity. I’m glad the jacuzzi WAS open. I asked the host about the pool and she ignored the first two messages so I was not happy about that. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at. Clean and organized. »
