« What I booked is not what they tried to give. Paid extra for king and river view. Got no river view with 2 double beds. Fixed after went back to front desk to complain. Kitchen fire at 5 am Sunday cleared the building for an hour. Breakfast was not great. Staff was not good about refilling anything really on breakfast buffet. Also $12 a day to park and didn’t have enough parking to get close. »

« Pet was well received. Elevator broken, but we were on , 1st floor. Drain plugged, but fixed. Carpet needs cleaned. Small TV screen. »

« Elevators in parking garage were out and you pay for parking, children in hallways til late night knocking on doors, screaming for 3 days, be sure snd stay on top floo »

« Hotel was dirty, seemed VERY unsafe, locks didn’t work, smoke detectors were beeping. I left after 20 minutes and found a different place to stay. »

« The Property is in a good location close to Civic center. The place is clean, the staff is responsive, and they have a basic continental breakfast. This is a great stay for the price. »

« Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. »

« The location is great, right off the interstate and near many restaurants, shops, and a mall. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. »

« We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again! »

« From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was a grest experience. Very clean, welcoming and a beautiful hotel. Shout out to Penny at the front desk and also all the grille restaurant members. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next year. We travel alot and this was probably one of our best stays »
