« Overall, our stay was good. The only complaint I have is updating the rooms with more outlets to plug in all the technology most people travel with. My wife and I had cellphones and work laptops but the room did not have enough plugs for charging while we worked. The rooms were clean and casino restaurants were only a short walk across the parking lot. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon. »

« Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. »

« We were staying one night, arrived late and didn’t stay long so there is not a lot to comment on. The breakfast was good. There were lots of kids staying at the hotel, so it was noisy. »

« I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. « Nothing was a deal breaker, but there were just too many things wrong. Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work, elevator had the smokey motor scent, TV service was constantly offline displaying "scramble channels or weak signal", hallway carpet smelled, room had the musky odor until I opened the window and turn on the fan for an hour, and mattress seemed old and way too soft. Like the room layout and clean washroom. »
