« Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service. »

« Surprisingly perfect for a family stay! We needed a last minute room for a tournament on a holiday weekend. The price was 50% then other properties in the area and the location couldn’t have been better. I like that the hotel is separate from the casino since we had kids with us. From the moment we walked it, very pleasant, clean and easy experience! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card.
