« The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property! »

« The house had the right number of rooms and beds for our big family gathering. It was quiet and the community space (living/dining/kitchen) was great. However, the property is quite tired and needs an update. »

« Went with a group of 8 to Mike and Chris's place in Keystone in May 2024. We all fit very comfortably in the house, and had a great time. The downstairs foosball and pool offered some fun activities, and the kitchen is set up well for a large group to hang out and eat together. The star of the show is the hot tub - great view, great place to hang out! Thanks to Mike and Chris! »

« Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit! »

« Nice, comfortable accommodation. Keystone had a very good bus system to get to main ski lift. Not many restaurants. Had to drive into Dillon/ Silverthorne. If cooking in, City Market near by for groceries. I would rent again. »

« Location, large jacuzzi in the back, and the overall space in the house were great for our needs. Upon arrival though at 9 pm we discovered that several things were not right. While the pictures showed a more modern pristine interior, the property was not maintained: garrage was filthy, walls in the den and hallways had stains, couch in the living room and the chairs there had stains and were dirty, throw pillow in the living room were full of stains and falling apart (i just put all of them in...

« We loved our stay and highly recommend this home. There was plenty of room for two families. It was cozy (especially the beds) and not overdone, it felt like home. We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year. »

« We had two couples and 5 children and we had plenty of space for us all to hang out, play outside in the snow and sleep. It was perfect also because it’s a short drive to the mountain house parking (we prefer this over river run) and we could have used the shuttle if we wanted to. The owners had great communication with us also:) 10/10 recommend. »

« Essentially down the street from Keystone and Breckenridge. Shuttle too far away, but that was okay. Driveway was cleared for our arrival. Didn't have the opportunity to use the hot tub or grill, but nice-to-have's. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and clean-up. Gas fireplace/stove really kept the living/kitchen space warm. « Great stay! Carpets were nice and soft, they offered one covered parking spot and a closet to store snowboard gear. Door to home was personalized with name on the outside. Spacious living space and comfortable bed. Decent kitchen with all amenities needed. Close by to Keystone, A-basin and Copper. Highly recommended! »

« This was our first rental and the whole experience from beginning to end was better then expected. Confirmation was quick and communication was great. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be coming back. »
