Très belle expérience. Le gérant est très gentil et nous avons eu un très bon contact avec lui. Ne passez pas à côté du manguier (à côté de la piscine) et des iguanes !

Hôtel convenable mais très cher pour la prestation. Très compliqué pour se garer, Check in et out de 9h à 17h sinon personne. Clim très bruyante. Très déçu !

Le personnel à la réception était accueillant et tellement sympathique! On nous a partagé plein d'informations utiles sur les alentours, les activités et les restaurants en nous donnant de la documentation à l'appui. Les aires extérieures étaient très confortables et agréables. On y retournerait sans hésiter!

Notre chambre a l’étage était spacieuse, mais avait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Toutefois, je crois que l’opération est en cours, car on avons pu apercevoir certaines chambres au RC

The main door was falling apart that we go in and out of into the room. The complimentary breakfast should not be categorized as breakfast. The plumbing had problems. And getting a clean pool towel was impossible. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. But when checking out. The attendant didn’t care to ask how our stay was and said “put the key on the table”. If you are looking for a small room. With a hard bed. To sleep at. So you can enjoy key west. This will work. But other than that. I won’t be staying here again.

For 400 dollars a night , it was not great. There is no extras. I am sure it was clean but looked old and dirty. I could not have coffee until 8 cuz nothings open. It is way too far from Duval with no bike rentals. I thought I booked the Heron house, which is pretty nice. But I did not. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay. Beautiful property. Great location and plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. Roman was an excellent host and gave us a number of good tips for making the most of our stay.

Street parking only was not too convenient. Ceiling fans in the room did not work. Outlets by the bed were tied into the lights, so when you turned the lights off the plugs didn’t work. Had to sleep with the lights on so I could use my c-pap.

I had a wonderful time! Roman was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. The hotel is located in a great spot - it’s quiet but close enough to walk to anything you want to do. I was traveling alone and felt safe the whole time!

The staff and service were outstanding. Ramon was so helpful in providing us tips for parking, dining suggestions, and checking in our luggage the day after our stay, etc. He really went above and beyond We are so appreciative of his hospitality and for really making us feel welcome and at home. The Heron House itself is very comfy with a nice breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Property condition in need of refresh. Cracked floor tiles, lower quality linens, in room amenities. Breakfast offered consisted of budget bagels and breads, cereal boxes, boiled eggs, slices of cheese and yogurt. Pool is fine but no real landscaping or shade for loungers. Front desk help was friendly and helpful. It’s budget lodging, so my review is aligned with the expectation that the bathroom and rooms would be clean and the property maintained property. It fell short in this regard. A friend was staying at a nearby hotel with about the same nightly rate, and his property was much nicer - nice landscaping, shade by the pool, much nicer breakfasts. The rooms were similar, but cleaner

Be warned that the pictures are NOT may not be what you will get. We rented the tropical king and got a room on a very loud street with curtains that didn't block out the street lights, a bed that was falling apart and holes in the walls that were not properly patched. I would have never stayed here if I knew the condition of this place! I even confirmed this was the right room. The service was very nice but that was unfortunately the only positive part of our experience as we couldn't sleep because of the noise and bright lights.
