« We traveled from out of state to visit grandparents in FL. This place provided a great space for my kids and I to overnight at after family day trip outings. The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course. The open golf green allowed for some nice sunrise viewing. Screened in porch was a nice hang out spot. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and a pack-n-play in the...

« We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...

« We had a great time at Brhett's lovely home. Brhett was very attentive throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out we experienced zero issues. We loved the outdoor living. Having a large TV on the lanai was perfect. It was a nice surprise that Brhett had an acoustic guitar available. I had decided not to schlep mine around. The best compliment I find I can give when doing these reviews is that we will gladly return. We visit the area often. »

« We flew down from Arkansas to see the Grant Thornton Invitational golf tournament that included stars from the LPGA and the PGA. We loved the event and were only a few miles away. We enjoyed some GREAT Italian food, a nice trip to the beach which was also very close, and some cruising. It was a memorable stay! »

« Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis!
