« The place was clean and as advertised any communication withbthe owner was answered immediately and on on Saturday morning checkout we had a box of fresh delicious donuts on our door. It was a nice touch!! »

« Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours »

« This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!! »

« Really enjoyed the stay and the host was very responsive. Only a few minor things that came up but the host was very gracious and accommodating. We really liked it! »

« The rental inside is very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with towels. Walking distance to downtown Georgetown were they have shops, etc. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper you will hear the horns on the multiple trains that go by in the evening/overnight/morning. »

« Terrible — the host (Chris Wirth) cancelled our reservation on the day of arrival after the 3 PM check-in time, around 4 PM.We never received the 2 PM message the host later claimed to have sent. Nothing appeared on the booking platform or directly to us. The first message we actually received came just before 4 PM, an hour after check-in time. Shortly after, the reservation was cancelled on the platform by Rachel without any explanation. I immediately replied that we were already on our way and...
