The bathroom was immaculate, the bed comfortable. There's a portable "closet" that contains everything you might need, including extra pillows & blankets. « Great place to stay while we were in town for a few days. Appreciated how quickly Tony replied to my questions before arriving and while we were there. Kitchenette was a great bonus for us to cook for ourselves - oven, dishwasher, and all other appliances were in great condition. Very firm mattress and very thin pillows - took a while to find a comfortable way to sleep so if you need to elevate your head maybe bring an extra pillow or neck support. »

« What a great find. This was our final pit stop on our cross Canada road trip, and what a beautiful, peaceful spot to finish it off with. We booked this last minute, but it exceeded our expectations, and host Sheri has truly thought about everything you may need as a guest. "Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options. I would recommend the resort to friends for sure! "
